The shape is totally different, and they also have options to get the plastic tip or the coated resin spike. I’ve jammed the resin coated spike and it hasn’t worn down yet. I think that’s a new concept that should be taken to consideration for other Kendama companies in the game!

Bought a SunRise kendama 6 or 7 years ago. Over the years I've bought a few more kendama's - One ozora and one from KendamaUSA. I gotta say the Sunrise kendama is without a doubt the best kendama I have. I've even dropped it COUNTLESS times and it's still in great condition!!
I gotta be honest. Mogen Musou wasn’t even ever as great as you tell us in this video.. it might was for a few months when they just came out but it didn’t last long. Mugen’s are handcrafted by Kazuma Iwata, a very important person in Kendama history that would’ve been worth mentioning in this video

Bro the paint on the 130 has nothing to do with the fucjing stick. They put another substance after the paint to get that sticky cohesion on the ball. The paint they apply to the ball doesn’t magically have that sticky layer on it when it drys. The amount of grit you have in paint can affects the movement from tama to ken, but the paint applied has nothing to do with “sticky” /certain paint such as a matte finish would affect the slippery(ness)
It just shows that it's not worth buying a collectors item if you only want to play, if i bought a mugen it would be to play it. I think its a useful video especially for begginners that think spending a ton of money on a new kendama is going to make them better quicker.
@@prawngravy18 if youre buying a collectors item to play with it i dont know what to tell you and this video is mostly pointless the vast majority of people know buying a collectors item wont make them better and most wont even play with it this video is just a waste of time it would actually be useful if it was being compared to a midtier or pro mod cause you can see the difference of playability also compare it to a recent kendama not one that is years older
I can completely understand spending an Insane amount of money on something that feels like it shouldn't be expensive I would from personal experience, but kendamas seem like you would only need a 15 dollar one for pretty much everything. If I get super into and love the game than I could justify it for sure.

I just wish the dot burst had sticky paint. The lunars don't stay on as well with the rubber paint.
I completely agree with that decision. I really liked the comparison video, it could really help in making a decision for a new dama
