- I was the "special guest" at a kendama meetup! Which is surprising since I'm not very good at kendama... After the meetup I try to successfully land all the tricks I learned!

You are da best!
I tried to learn kendama awhile back but didn't have much luck but this has really inspired me to try again.
Do it! It's so addicting after a certain point :)
well, if you expect to learn it through luck, you wont get far. its like any other sport, practice practice practice, learn and adapt.
Same
Luck have no rules ... There Is no luck in everything you do. It's Just you.... you don't have to focus on the result but on the present moment and be patient with yourself. This rule Is for everything.
I started in October last year. I turned 40 in January. I play every day and I'm completely obsessed.
You are so good at kendama it’s crazy! You inspire me to keep trying to get better. Keep up the good work!
My school is literally obsessed with kendama's wherever you go there's a boy/girl playing with a kendama
Estonia? Yeah its been all around the world in the past 4 years, and beggining a year ago in east europe too. It got to estonia from latvia by spreading from saaremaa that started the trend in estonia.
I have no idea what a Kendra a is

Sama ka minu koolis xD Mul endal ka kendama nüüd xD
Kendama is so satisfying! I find the "culture" to be just like skateboarding - there are no rules, yet everyone is stoked to progress at their own rate.
"I don't know what I'm doing.. at all"
You're making some great videos, got me back into juggling, and have sold me on getting a kendama! You're doing great :)
1:31 nobody saw that! You're in the clear!!
I actually didn’t lol🤣😧
Am I the only one that goes crazy when I do a new move or is it me
Goaly Slimesspam no you are not allone, just woke up my mom bcs i screamed when i landed a: kenflip, orbit, big cup spike line
You're not alone, I literally go crazy when I land my first Lunar, triple j stick, it's a common thing
Nah dawg, it’s all of us
No bro, u don't know the feeling of a clean lunar flipp
Me practicing for a week = your first try
🔥🔥🔥
I'm an Italian kendama player since a year, and you're reeeeeally good for a beginner!!!
She isnt a beginer look at her collection. And these are newer mods not over a year old
@@tobywalp5420 oh, I'm so sorry, i hadn't t noticed that
@@raul_bucciol no problem your fine! I just don't want new players thinking they aren't good enough. Because of this video.
I’d still consider myself a beginner :P but I guess that’s all relative. I do have a lot of kendamas though! :D
The trick I feel separates the boys from the men (girls from the women) is stilts........once your able to hit stilts consistently , not just for a second....actually solid...back out to lighthouse or juggle kenflip to spike. U got the feel for how to really land those balances well.....stilts were crazy hard for me to land. All about the cradle.
Glad to see kendama getting the love it deserves. Thank you for making a video on it. Also love the channel😁
2:32 the "don't judge me" look is adorable.
I am always stunned by how nice and encouraging everyone is at kendama events!
Yassss I love kendama it improves your hand eye coordination and very good for depression and anxiety and so satisfying
Yo shouts to you for spreading kendama
kendama virus
this somehow became my favorite kendama video so far... thank you
Aw thanks!
The blue/pink dama choice 😂😂😂
I do that ALL THE TIME lmao
I felt all of the frustration and elation in this video. Just got a Kendama this week and I’ve been to each of these places many times this week.
I’m glad I subscribed, probably going to become a fan
I haven’t juggled in about 5 years, and you’ve actually pushed me to get back into it. I’m at the Atlanta Jugglers Association meeting right now!😁
Kendama is great! Yay!
4:30 I stg one of the smoothest ones
You are so nice person☺☺😁
That blue light in the background is really cool.
You captured the frustration of kendama so well, i love it 😂😂
LOL The little text at 2:28 was giving me a good chuckle xD
You actually helped me with switch grip. Just watching you do it I figured it out lol thank you
Same
What timestamp
I’ve Ben kendama for a year and you inspire me to keep going
I bought a kendama because i saw you do neat things, i am not good at it whatsoever but it's really fun anyway💖 thanks!
The character development of Taylor eating was unparalleled 10/10
I’m a storytelling genius hahaha 😂
Awesome video! Watched it a couple times. It’s nice to see someone else grinding so hard to get these tricks. Keep up the good work. Seems like you already have the hang of it. UA-cam and Kendama that is
haley bishoff pro model that’s a fire dama
"How do you get good at stuff" "I obsessively practice"
I heard a story about a great pianist. I fan came up to them after a performance & said, "I would give my life to be able to play piano like you do." The pianist replied, "I have."
Cool prop. Kendamas make great decorative items around the house and conversation pieces.
Love the positive spirit and confidence u have!
Yess! Kendama is so much fun! Also that turntable was clean af 🔥 Greetings from Finland :)
love the editing on this one - many funny, very laugh, especially the doggo
Haha, I def feels ya on the "adult front" @ 5:50
I liked these vlogs!
You are a natural on UA-cam. You are doing great, keep up the good work.
Spread Kendama !!
So many awesome people in one video!!! I loved watching this so much!
This looks so much more like how I play with a kendama than most videos I see. Thank you :-).
Though I'm sure you're a pro by now 4 years later.
She be rocking that Haley Bish Pro mod. 😮🔥💥
This randomly popped into my suggested vids about 3 months ago and I bought a kendama that day. I now can Whirlwind on command. Ty for inspiring me to try this tool.
That’s awesome! I hope you keep learning new tricks with it!
Super cool video concept, great execution. You rock!
Awesome vid. Just got into kendama myself. I’ve known of it for years, never got around to it. Learned quite a bit here!
Wow! You have done good Taylor! Great work and thank you for sharing.
just found your page and this was great! I would love to see more kendama content for sure :)
Also rad chris kelly reference, Ive met him a few times when i was doing fire performances. super awesome dude
Im having fun watching you do other things than juggle. Keap up the great content!!
I did not expect this to be so funny to watch. Sorry for laughing :D
Don't be sorry! I laughed while editing it too ;) The learning process is a hilariously painful process haha
love to see people spreading kendama love
love it, keep spreading that kendama love. you said basic tricks and did a juggle lol keep going! learn to bend your knees when playing. i’d love to see an update of progress video after the year you filmed this. (forgive me if there is already one i just stumbled on you channel and haven’t looked.)
edit: you juggle of course you learn kendama quick...
Taylor, you pick up tricks real fast...you slay! I noticed how you were playing a #BISHMOD at the start of the video. I can not tell you how many times I have heard a Kendama hitting the floor in the kitchen, living room, upstairs, in the bathroom, and I have heard "fudge" more times than I can remember. I'm honored to be called...Haleys dad :) Keep playing and slaying...you're good!
Nice video Taylor! Meet ups and events are the best way to get inspired and learn new tricks.Try some more knees while playing kendama this will give you more time to track the spike or tama hole. Keep up the practice 😁💪
Nice video as always!
Kendama is so fun!! Nice video!
“I never got that good with it though”
*proceeds to do slingers, juggles, clean lighthouses* oh goodness you’re doin just fine😅
So funny really cracked up especially you learning Spacewalk next to the nice big flat screen TV. Quality entertainment!
I started playing kendama in 2017 and had 3 in 2018 and could only do cups and I couldn’t do jumping stick so I started getting more into it in 2019 and now I have 21 kendamas and I am wayyyy more better doing stilt flips and getting juggle to spikes without just luck.
Nice tricks Taylor, hope we see more tricks form you.
Thanks!! Y’all are awesome, thanks for the great tutorials ☺️
Hyped
ive seen you come up in my facebook random video feed! you seem like such a fun person to hang with!!
Nice video i will try this tricks tomorrow😊
6:55 - 7:02 name of that combo/trick
AROUND THE WORLD
Im so glad you got into kendama 🙌😁
Just started kendama and found you on Instagram. Saw the juggling and I'm inspired to learn that too
That's amazing! I can't wait to make that much progress! I literally just started today and ugh it is going to take a long time!!! All good tho, it's a journey!
when you do downspike, you should down spike it first then twist In some scenarios, it doesn't count if the spike is facing upwards when you spike it. It's called "down"spike, so the tama whole has to face up when you downspike.
Just picked up one 4 days ago and basically are the same as you, just can't get my head around juggles!
What is your favorite genre of music
When she says she's bad at it she's actually good
11:23 when you start learning "practice outside on the grass" tricks
I record exclusively on grass now, lol.
I play on kendama too its a awsome thing to do i realy like how you do yoir tricks and how you learn so fast
Aye..!! Kendama is fun and a fam!! Glad you gave it and new tricks a revisit.. and show that practicing pays off! That 2nd trapeze like trick is called String Cheese if no one has let u know yet :)
Fun real reactions!
Great video!!! I'm subscribed now.
Please start doing a series of different 3 balls juggling tricks tutorials!
your pretty damn good . Just started a week ago having a ton of fun
Nice bike setup
Thanks! I made it :)
You can still pull some pretty smooth tricks! If you were like me just getting it to the cup, that would look bad.
I’m asking for one for Christmas. Had one when I was like six, and I wanna get back into it.
Wow I thought you'd be like me, a super beginner. I can do very simple things but here I am trying to learn a simple big cup Ken Flip all day. Only landed 2. You're very good!
Can you do a series called "Will it Juggle?"
Augustus Green like josh Horton (by the way thanks for subscribing to me)
GMM fan?
wow you should try slacklineing if you haven't already highlining is my favorite
Gotta Love the ole ball in cup.
Yo. Great video. Keep coming to the jams.
Me: Cannot Control my laughter
1:31
This was soooo funny in a very very professional way... I was constantly spitting orange juice at my screen when things didn't go according to plan.. :)
I’m stuck on the same moves as you😂 I can’t get past them
the guy at 4:23 killed it with that string line, insanee
That is next level stuff, awesome! :) I can't even throw a ioio haha if I do that I would fear for my TV! Cool dog.
Awesome!
The spinning guy at 4:23 is awesome. Would love to be able to do this.
Lol I love the SNES stuff in the background. =op
Thanks! I built the Tetris shelves :)
i got my kendama in october and i love it so much and i learned so many tricks with it im trying to get my friends into it but they cant sadly haha
First time watching a video of yours and I just feel like watching myself
But like in the best way possible
Just how I would imagine my UA-cam page if I had one
Doing silly hobbies and sharing it online
Also I loved the part with your dog lemon!
Dude. Jesus at 4:23 making miracles, defying gravity.
I think the kendama community is more like the Asian juggling community focusing on plate spinning diablo and kendama rather than club juggling Ball juggling and ring juggling
the turntable struggle is real
