I later look them up on the Myspace and find LG FUAD, another great by MCS, and I start learning about indie, emo, and pop punk Years later I get my first iPod touch, go onto the iTunes store and My Dinosaur Life is a newly released album and because I was working my first grown up job, I decide to buy it and this album and my love grows even further. Soon I own Even If It Kills Me and I Am The Movie and really change my music taste from the modern 40 back to that pop punk roots I always had Go through a few relationships, see MCS live at least 5 times til the final tour, and now as 31 year old man, MCS and this album still slap so hard, so glad I got an onsale baseball game in 2006, I'd never end up here enjoying this album one more tonight

This album is so beautiful. It’s like a friend who went through the shit you did, and years later we think back to those days with equal parts pessimism and fondness. You can see Justin’s progress as a recovering human in the subsequent albums but sometimes you need to hear frustration and sadness.
This band is AMAZING, for 1 the first song I had ever heard from them was “EVERYTHING is Alright!” & was shared with me from an old “Metal-Head” friend of mine who had heard it & thought “This is DEFINITELY a song for Jerry” because I’ve always had a Positive frame of mind. Then when I saw the music video I realized it was about overcoming internal demons & going through therapy (I had to begin a Cognitive therapy sessions due to my survival of a Traumatic Brain Injury) So it hits home to me even MORE! So far…for me EVERYTHING IS ALRIGHT!

This was MUCH more "adult" in themes than I am The Movie...which isn't a bad thing but when we grow we understand those themes better/more intensely
