Whew, challenging. Klara makes it look so easy, but I understand it takes years of practice. Those numerous kickbacks got intense. My body was happy to be in half-lotus in lieu of some of the more "difficult" poses. I did enjoy watching you, Erin, have fun with those poses. Thank you for the experience and expansion out of my comfort zone.

However I also really surprised myself and held poses I've never been able to before. Thanks to you both Klara and Erin!

Dear Erin, I absolutely love your yoga classes! I love the variety and the creativeness you present. This march I burnt my arm badly and profited a lot of your Wrist-free yoga class. My arm is fine now, but this saturday I broke my foot when I was out jogging. So now I am looking to work around this injruy, which is not easy. I would be so thankful if you could do some sort of no-foot yoga class. Even a really shot class would be so nice. Namaste and compliments from Switzerland!

My first time to have followed along the whole session, frustrated yet inspired! Tried a few times before but never manage to finish everything. I hope I can find some other of your videos to help prepare the half primary sequences. The power hour definitely helped a lot! But I don't know how to jump through properly.

I'm looking forward to trying this! Looks like some more advanced moves. Definitely not great at advanced, but I love the challenge. If I can't do it, I just do the best I can. I can laugh at myself and remember it's okay. Maybe I won't get it now, tomorrow, or in five years. The point is to practice and be in the moment. Now only to actually do that in real life, off the mat.😉👍🏽🙏🏽
Commenting the day after doing this, and I genuinely feels as sore as when I do total body kettlebell sessions at the gym! This style wasn't to my liking, I much prefer the dynamic movements of vinyasa flows and this was BRUTAL on my lower back, but managed to hold some interesting poses which I wouldn't normally come across and my my DOMS today it was definitely a good workout. Thanks!

Loved the full primary Ashtanga series practice - very intense - the jump through brought tears to my eyes but by the end I found full lotus and feel much lighter in mind and body. That said, I'm sticking with Vinyasa! :-)

I wanted to know whether in certain standing poses, like airplane and half lotus forward fold, do you fully extend your standing leg or do you keep a slight bend? If I fully extend, I get a lot of tension in my inner knee. Thank you so much! Portia
Thank you! This is going to be my new go-to video for the Primary Series. You both are amazing but looked frazzled towards the end. That way I knew that you were human ;)
Bravo! But next time, make sure you do warrior 1 and 2 before you get into the seated sequence! By that point in primary all you want to do is get down onto the mat, but you gotta be a warrior first....
I think I have mastered the jump through, but those jump backs are no joke!
