Good Burger 2 filmed about 35 minutes away from me in here in Rhode Island and I'm still kicking myself for now swinging down to the set. A handful of my friends hung out there and got photos with the cast. Now I want a burger 👀

it’s amazing how just some saving of free condiments and a lemon(!) can allow yall to make an affordable $5 burger that is decent enough. i wanna try out that recipe on a lazy day for myself thanks chefs!
O.M.G! Y'all should do a new segment on REACT where the guests have to guess the price of each ingredient by taste and only the ingredients they win get added to their dish!
The mayochup is actually a delicacy that's called fry sauce and it can literally go on/with anything 😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉 Very popular in Utah. It is up there with other delicacies such as like lime jello and funeral potatoes 😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
The last statement was perfect, make alot of 50 dollar burgers n share them with your friends Rather be a little less rich with friends, than super rich with people you cant trust ❤
I cannot tell you how much of All That and Keenan & Kel I watched when I was kid! Those were two of my favorite shows on Nickelodeon, so seeing Ash and Kimmy's take on making a Good Burger makes me really happy!
So, the message here is that if you’re spending $500 for a burger, you’re gonna be eating it alone. Buy cheaper ones so you can eat them with your friends and family
Whenever I do decide to make my own burgers, it's bunless burgers, so just the patty. I'll mix in with the beef A1, Worchestershire sauce, green pepper, onion, an array of spices (salt, pepper, cayenne, Garam Masala, Oregano), and one egg. I think I just may have that on my meal plan for next week.
I really want to know if they made these burgers well done or medium rare. I hate it when burgers are well done. For me, I have to have them juicy, so medium rare.
Agreed on the In-N-Out fries. Even done "well" they are still only good for 5 minutes out of the fryer - and then they turn to freaking styrofoam. Soak in salt water to reduce starch for a half hour, lay out to dry, blanch for 5-7 minutes. Pull them. Wait 5 to 10 minutes or even refrigerate them overnight. When ready, fry at high temp oil for 5 minutes and bam, a decent french fry. It's not that hard. In-N-Out is sometimes caught in the "But we've always done it that way" problem, which is the most dangerous phrase in the English language. Tradition and tried and true methods have their place, but this is one of those areas where I wish they would be willing to at least try, and get some consumer feedback.
You stand charged with 1 count of culinary crimes....$300 a5 ground up... we find you guilty... the punishment is 1 full episode of punishment foods sourced from worst cooks in America.
In Utah that is called fry cause and every restaurant has it. McDonald's Wendy's does not matter. But the place that has the best is called crown burger and I believe they make the sauce exactly like in this video. It's so great but sadly I can't eat tomatoes in any form anymore so I can't enjoy it anymore. But I love that people are figuring it out.
One request for a meal to try and make, it's from a smaller anime called Log Horizon, season 2 episode 13. They make this really interesting biscuit/dessert treat using sweet potato as the base. Well I'm pretty sure it's sweet potato, they call it "coconia fruit" in the anime, but from the context, it sounds like the closest real world equivalent would be sweet potato.
Back in the The Day the Special Sauce for McDonald’s Big Mac was basically homemade Thousand Island dressing. mayonnaise and ketchup or tomato purée and chopped pickles; it can also include lemon juice, orange juice, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, cream, chili sauce, olive oil, and Tabasco sauce. It Basically the same things that you were created. Big Mack=Two all beef patties special sauce lettuce cheese pickles onions on a sesame seed bun. I’m too old to be playing with y’all. 😂I still get a hankering for a Old Big Mac, but it’s not the same, so sad. Enjoyed your video. Thank you!👍🏽🥰✔️
I loved how they lined up by height without knowing. We need Ember vs Kimmie alone. We know Chef Ash and Nichole are great but the other two need to prove themselves more. Kimmie did look good in this
Y'all need to level up your cooking skills! No toasting the bun?? No melting the cheese?? Didn't know how to reduce burger patty from shrinking! And so many ingredients in the 500 dollar burger were just expensive versions of things you put on a regular burger! Not actually elevating a burger! Also didn't salt the tomatoes!
So I’m in New Brunswick in Canada and the eggs buns and beef patty could prob 4-5 dollars for eggs buns not on Sale would be 3.25-4.25 and that price of mean would be like 4 bucks I’m sure you can’t make a 5$ burger her hell McDonald’s I don’t even think they have a 5 dollar burger maybe just under you can maybe buy the meat and buns with 50
Naturally you need to cook something at least 20 times to adjust taste and consistency of a meal - Italian mothers cook a lifetime for perfection (in the end it is like guitar playing - practice for perfection or at least good results). Swiss beef from the Alpes farms would have been the better choice. Hint: Lemons from Italy can be very fruitful and sweet, too. Nicole is real an expert that might give some inspiration for the cooking beginners. Btw, for meat grinding you should use a better grinder (& ice for cooling). Overall a nice suite channels (React, Bullseye, etc.). Greetings from Berlin, Germany. P.S.: I was positivly surprised by US food in the cities of N.Y.C. (Int'l + NYC-Kitchen: Pizza, Roastbeef-Sandwiches, a.s.o.), San Francisco (Zuni's - French, Californian + Hot'n'Hunky's Burger - with selfmade ingridients - long time ago) and the old New Orleans (US-French-Cajun-Black-Kitchen).
@@CelticRuneSinger Swiss "Braunvieh" (brown beef) costs 50 Euro/kg (est. 70 USD for 2 pounds). I think in NYC and LAX you surely can buy it (of course it's easier ot buy in Germany).
It's not just from Utah, it's from everywhere. And apparently, it would have started in Argentina in the 1920's. Maybe fry sauce is different than the first itteration, in the amounts mayo and ketchup used, but yeah. It has many different names in a lot of different countries.
Artificially inflated prices by adding things like gold to food is pathetic. I've eaten at a few michelin starred restaurants in my life and those places are worth spending a bit of extra cash, places like salt bae gold foil wrapped steak or buying overpriced hamburgers makes you look like a parvenu.
I know they just added the ingredient costs for the 3 categories, but the middle one is really like an $11 burger since they made 4 of them out of that where the other 2 were singular. The $5 burger I was at 1st predicting the 'hamburger' meat would've been sourced like Demolition Man was. 😁

I"m so happy for a Good Burger episode, I enjoy the hell out of PvF Chef. Nicole, Kimmy, Ember, and Ash all people who we need more of.
I like that they included the $500 ingredients and recipe, like 99% of us are ever going to make it. lol.
