It all depends on individual perceptions as to which company is better....any company is good for you as long as it pays good(most important one, irrespective of other factors),good work culture, good work life balance. For me, I was aspiring to join police , so I had to resign considering many factors 🙂

I am in corporate after 6 years you will be considered dead for other companies , very less people switch their job after serving this many year and if he was there in IT then he never wrote last day in infosys because he can again switch to that company right

I am a graduate in EEE , got campus placement, joining Infosys was my plan B. But it turned out I had to stay bit longer than expected. If you ask what was plan A, then it was joining the armed forces, sure you got the answer why I left forever. Experience wise I say, it's best company to nurture young talents but you need to adapt yourselves. I can't say positives and negatives, since perception defers from individual to individual. It's 12 months only, and by the way even if you want to leave Infosys before your bond date, you can leave provided if your unit HR hasn't any problem with early release. Everything is handled by HR's, they can do anything. It all depends on how good you manage. Talk to your unit HR and you will get to know.

I don't know about the policies of CTS, but Infosys has few employee friendly policies which helped me to get where I'm today.... coming to your question, if you have the same salary offered by both the companies then I suggest you join Infosys because it has one of the best infrastructures in the world, the campus, the food courts, different clubs, office cubicles, weekend parties, social initiatives clubs and the mighty Mysore campus (Asia's or may be Worlds biggest training centre in IT). But then it all depends on how you take it. ☺️😀
