Sounds amazing, looks amazing, extremely uncomfortable at my height. I was happy with my 6ft6 height until I started riding bikes. After that I wish I was shorter since I look like a monstrocity on most bikes 😅
I understand! I’m 6’2 and I’m almost too big for this bike! What suits us best are tall dual sports however I’m comfortable on the mt07 still so I’m sticking with it. Thanks for the input!
@@mannyechaluce3814 Currently riding Yamaha XJ6 (naked), and my main issue is the high revving inline4 thats not so nice for city riding. Another thing, bikes are toys, even if a little uncomfortable, I still want my toys to look good to me. Likely trying out mt9, xsr900 and maybe tracer line to get a fresh feel. MT7 would be perfect fit if my knees werent up at handlebar height 😅
Same here. My fiancee is 1.85cm and i am 1.95, i love nakeds and was looking for something that she and i would like to ride. Ended up on a BMW F800 R 2015, i fited us pretty nicely, and when i am alone doesnt look like i am riding a bicycle kkk
New rider here, literally just riding three months. I have a GIMPed version 2022 MT-07 and I love it! Installed a Akra full titanium system with the baffle removed and it sounds amazing. Once I get my full license I will get the it "derestricted" to it's proper state. I have no intention of selling this bike.
I have 2022 MT07 with a quickshifter and Akrapovic titanium full exhaust system. The sound these bikes make with an aftermarket exhaust is insane, sounds great on a video but it does not really compare to what you hear on the bike. I have 8000km (5000miles?) on my MT07 and loved every mile :D
New Irish rider here, 22 mt07, and loving every minute I get to spend aboard! Been riding all winter, only days I didn’t ride were the really cold (for here) ones. Too much ice is a no go! Keep the shiny side up!
Never rode a MT07, but I had a Ninja 650 for almost 3 years. Pretty comparable and it was a great all round bike. Perfect amount of power for tearing up the streets, taking off faster than any car around me and pretty solid on the highway as well. Recently upgraded from that to a 2023 Kawasaki Z900 and am in love. It's definitely much more power than you'll ever need on a day to day basis, but I wouldn't trade it for anything!
I had a mt07 and i loved it! Still never rode a bike like it. Sold it tho bc it was a on the hwy a lot and wanted to be a fast boi. Got a cb650r after getting rid of my 750 and its a good compromise
I have the fz07 and still love it!! I bought the Fj09 but it's way too much for the roads. So I sold the fj09 and kept the fz07. Fz07 is just perfect for me comfortable, great sound, great on gas can put regular grade, nimble and super fun 😀
Got a 2016 FZ07 with full Akra, PCV, and DNA filter. This bike was born to rip through the city. It's my daily commuter. Lane splitting is like butter. Filtering is like butter. Loud as shit, there's not a single video that can do the sound justice. I rode a gixxer 600 for 15 years and while it can BTFO the 07 in speed, the 07 is 10x more fun to ride. It's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow, and the 07 hits that sweet spot perfectly.

Jealous as fuck bro. You can ride any adv easily while I look like I'm mounting a Clydesdale horse getting on one.

Heck yea! And yea most mics dont do this bike any justice!
Keep talking my language. Reasonable and mature overview.

Awesome man! Love to hear it
Well I have a 2021 MT07, a 2018 Iron 1200, a 2015 XT250, a 1972 Triumph T120 R hard tail chopper, and my new 2022 Harley Heritage Classic.

I had a 2019 ninja 650 as well! The mt07 definitely has more power and sounds a little better to me, but they are pretty close!

Mt07 2021 is the first bike I've ever owned and I seriously don't think I could've made a better choice
Nice!

Im hoping to get an XSR700 because the styling is soooo to my taste, but ride wise I expect it's pretty close
You need a quick shifter on there asap. It’s so cool to hold it wide open and grab gears. Sounds amazing too
Yea I’m looking at getting one 💪🏻
@@Ian.IgnitionTV awesome!! Cant wait for that video
Have an 07 and want an 09sp
It probably is.
It's definitely not an rsv4, even though that bike is amazing
@@Ian.IgnitionTV ... But in the city. You got me beat. That RSV4 runs hot in traffic 😩.
I love my mt07 more than enough fpr me... But the best bike is always the one u have.. haha
the 10 is tooo powerful, the 9 is sooooo good. But yes for most riders the 7 is the way to go
What kind of exhaust have you on like the sound
It’s a yoshi r77 full pipe

Well said.
Agreed!
What exhaust you got on her?
Yoshimura R77 full exhaust
is that stock exhaust? I am thinking about a low price and have the opportunity to get MT07 but I want the growl while riding through the city
No sir, it’s a yoshi r77 full exhaust. Run you about $800
