    Hello Karl, from Saskatchewan Canada :)! I ham in the process of restoring the same car as you are, 1970 Charger 500. It is a process for sure, and I'm hoping to have it on the street this summer. Best of luck with your project, it looks as though your baby is in very capable hands! I can't wait to see the completed project!

    I'm an American who grew up with these cars and I never heard them referred a MK 2 We would say 2nd generation.

    what the hell did you think you were going to spend? 50k easy, restoring these old cars is joke, only the rich can do it

      @mark rylander It's a lot more expensive to do these cars in the UK, they are not easy to find for a start, cant go to the local store and buy parts, parts have to be imported with shipping costs and rip-off import tax, it all adds up, have a mate who spent £14,000 on the body of his 1980 Pontiac Trans Am, so 50K (pounds not dollars) is pretty realistic for a Charger.
