In the final episode of the, “Inclusive Storytelling,” podcast Season 2, we take a look at the iconic band Redbone. Their chart topping hit, “Come And Get Your Love,” is how we are introduced to Peter Quill in, “ Guardians of the Galaxy,” and on repeat by Officer Big in Reservation Dogs played by another icon, Zahn McClarnon.
All band members were US or Mexican Indigenous when they started making music decades ago. Their cultures took center stage in their eclectic sound, album art, stage clothes and music.
