Most underrated filmmaker , I am 20 years old , after 12th fail I watched his previous films right from khamosh, Parinda, 1942 , Mission Kahmir and my most favourite Eklavya and then he produced iconic films like munna bhai series, 3 idiots , pk and now he cameback with 12th fail , what a cinema , we as an audience must watch and support this kind of cinema, we are now laging to identify cinema , filma like gadar , pathan , jawan are becoming blockbusters , 12th fail kind of films , Thank you vinod sir , I watched all your interviews , Iconic personality , I want to meet him in life.
You must also watch the 2012 movie he made and co-wrote with Rajesh Mapuskar 'Ferrari ki Sawari'.That is equally an inspirational movie. Also, you must read the book that he published about two years ago..'Unscripted'. His conversations with his ace screenwriter Abhijat Joshi. He has shared his life experiences all through this journey. He is ,in fact, an inspiration to every aspiring filmmaker.
Jawaan is a good movie.
He is not underrated. He is considered a genius just the younger generation is discovering him now.

Sir ek story likh li hai or mere pass or bhi bohot sare idea hai jabki mai aapko hamesha dhyaan me rakhte huye likhta hu ki agar meri jagha aap hote to yehi likhte to aap mujhe bta dijiye ki aap meri story kab phege or mujhe kuch galat karne se baccha lege to mujhe aapko apni story aapko sunane k liye kya karna padega aap khud bta dijiye log to bohot kuch kehte hai mai jaan na chhahta hu ki aap kya kehte hai !

Mujhe lgta hai ki vidhu vinod chopra agar mobile ka bhi camera on kr lega na to kbhi koi sei chhij nhi dikhayega jis se logo pe galt asar ho ya kisi ko koi nuksaan ho balki or logo ka hi wfaida hoga mujhe esa lgta hai !
Vidhu Vinod Chopra is not much of a human being. He is a successful film maker. Period. He made a film called Shikara- The Untold Story of Kashmiri Pandits. He made it into an interfaith love story and totally glossed over the brutal eviction and exodus of half a million Kashmiri Pandits from their homeland in the early ninetees. Being a Kashmiri himself he betrayed them. He sold his soul to the Bollywood cabal and the left psuedo liberal brigade which has controlled the narrative in India for decades. This PR spin seems to be working. But the real man is not worth his salt.
