I watched this movie in theatre and feel like the Indian audience should also support these kinds of movies at the box office. Also watched animals in theatres as I am a Ranbir Kapoor fan. But to be honest, Vikrant's role as Manoj was the best male actress performance in the year 2023 from Bollywood.
Vikrant is a fantastic actor to say the least. He is far -2 ahead than current lot of actor acting wise. Kudos to him !!
The urgency on Vikrant’s face through out the movie where he suffers setbacks in life is really amazing . You feel the desperation along with the Manoj character when you are watching the movie. Not once you feel like he will become IPS and looks so normal through out the movie. That’s what is the truth for common man.
I have liked him since Balika vadhu... And he is a really hard working and very sorted actor.. His way of speaking is like amir khan... Quite smart moves... The way he chose his role... Small or big never matter.. 12th fail so much an engaging movie and easy to relate to...

The wonderful movie is rich with life lessons, emphasizing the importance of persistence and consistency in chasing your dreams, goals, and aspirations. Those who believe are consistently blessed by the universe. Never give up on yourself. And the character was played with such sincerity by Vikrant Massey, it touched a chord.

Well the movie was great but his anti-Hindu tweets throw me off balance.
He opposed CAA, follows zubair etc that's fine but he posted controversial things on Lord Ram etc. Then his brother converted to Islam at the age of 17..at an age when we even forgot to do our assignments, lol. But yeah, it's kinda personal so nevermind. But there's a certain ideology which he follows which I don't appreciate irrespective of his great acting.

I love how he speaks like a good professor
12th fail is an amazing movie. A 35 year old man acting the role of a 20 something is phenomenal. That said, This was a mediocre episode, primarily because Smita was unprepared. Not having watched 12th fail was inexcusable. Vikrant had read the book and starred in the movie. His take on whether the movie did justice was a missed opportunity. Also what were the parts that got him emotional. Instead they discussed nepotism and middle class issues. Smita came across as an aunty and they discussed their personal generational issues that could have been discussed with anyone. Diving into Vikram’s challenging role in depth was papered over. It became a long conversation and out of sheer frustration I stopped listening. His narration of being tapped to act and interacting with Chopra’s entourage was interesting.
I mean Amir Khan also did this 3 idiots 😂.
No comparison with Vikrant his acting is not acting only it's fabulous
12th fail is an amazing movie. I have been watching Vikrant Massey since very long and I somewhere knew that one day he will become a great actor. No matter what profession we are in being from a Middle class family, we always have certain responsibilities and many obstacles time to time and I can certainly relate to this film. Well written and well acted film it is.
I wish if this movie could be free of cost to watch in villages for the students who seems to be demotivated sometimes in their lives and trust me this will be life changing for them.

When I first saw him in Ballika vadhu I connected not knowing that after many years I will meet his duplicate copy in australia, my friends step son who is now a big boy. Since then I wanted to write a story on my friends son and had decided that if ever a film or serial is made I will only cast vikrant. The interview was good you looked relaxed.

One questtion stand out in this podcast is the - reality versus imaginative picturization.
I believe- imaginative filming are more laborious and an actor has to really live it up to that!!
Look at the works of SRIDEVI! She was the epitome of all the art forms, be it acting, dancing, emoting, comedy or whatsoever. Example (Mr. India) Realistic acting (Sadma)

Vikrant is one of the underrated gems of Indian cinema. Been a fan of his work from some time now. His honesty shines through in every role, just touches your heart every time. Always wished he could get more mainstream success. So glad he got the 12th fail role. It is an outstanding movie and he along with the rest of the cast were outstanding! Brought me to tears so many times.. planning to watch it with my two sons of 16 and 14 years and am sure it will inspire them. Wishing Vikrant all the success in the future!❤

I just watch 12th fail.. though i am not 12th fail but the story is related to every Indian student who struggle hard to become Doctor/engi/CA/CPA/IAS/IPS when their family could not support and it strong desire. I passed my 10th with 90 percent and 92 percent in science but my family not have finance support for me to take science.. i took scient gave tuition stidy for my 12th and JEe .. out of 24th hour i slept 3 hours .. i become Engineer got in top most company in India now in USA … his story is every indian kid story …
