People are just too dramatic about it. You don't need kokomi. Barbara, diona, Bennett, Noelle and tons of other healers are there. You just need to build them if you didn't do that yet.
I think that's the plan for the new dendro element tbh, having enemies/bosses that do tick/poison dmg that negates shield, side note, I hope we get a catalyst user who can poison or some melee that has like a "poison tip" passive

It's practically 3 million hp with multiple invulnerability phases. But it's not that bad either.
Very, that d@mn machine had so much HP, but baby girl Noelle got me through it.
11 just need good continuous healing...the prob is most ppl have not invested in Barbara, Jean, Qiqi, Kokomi...
@@Kuryux Honestly I did it with my usual Benny team. You just really need to keep a real close eye on your team's HP and rotate them accordingly. The floor gives you pretty much more than enough time for that too. That being said, the other half of the chamber was way less stressful with my Jean so I can't say I actually recommend taking Benny in unless you really need that buff.

Not challenging enough really, you just need to play smart. This is way easier than previous abyss. Obliterated it with xiao and hutao. Even killed the wind boss using xiao lol of course with bennett's c6 and xiangling c6

Forreal, the amount of people that were one day complaining about not having challenging end game content to turn into crybabies for some imaginary f2p player they suddenly care about completing the abyss is silly.
Because of those goddamn whales just asking for more challenges in abyss. We just want those primos and that goddamn Floor 11 Chamber 3 is preventing us from doing that because of how overloaded Corrosion is in that Chamber 3 First half.
@@reizshfelonia6471 The challenge is actually fun thou. I'm f2p and failed all but one 50/50 but floor 11 with 9 stars is possible. Just Barbara on one team and jean/qiqi on the next. If you don't have just run two healers like diona and bennet. Floor 12 is cancer thou. Its just a dmg check and the boss has a stupid amount of health on floor 12 chamber 3 2nd half.
I think the main problem (with Spiral Abyss) are the rewards, mainly in how they are handed out. If they gave all 150 primos for passing within the time limit, regardless of how many stars you have most players wouldn’t be complaining about the challenge. They could give name-cards, mora, and exp books for getting 3 stars instead of primos so every player would be happy. Those who want a challenge can get that, and those who play for the primos are also satisfied. I don’t understand why they don’t do that because thats the system they use for pretty much every event they have done so far.
Tip for when he lasers at you, since I never see anyone do this right: Run towards him to get behind him. He won’t turn all the way around, so you can just stand there and dps.
For me I just jump² around them then their auto aim laser become malfunction, did this a few times

This new 12-3-2 forced me to focus and not messing up my rotations. Fun challenge, but still that's a stupid amount of HP right there.

12-3 is quite literally whale material. I felt i was doing so much damage with my diluc but yet that hp bar wasnt going down.
UPDATE: Just cleared it with Diluc, Xinq, Mona and Bennet. Was much easier than i though, again i was just tired the first time since i got home from a night shift and got a bit frustrated since i was trying stuff out for whatever reason (using a Sara that wasnt even built properly to buff Diluc plus Bennet lol)
I can clear it with diluc.. but i bring the team that is for 12-3 only.

National team Kazuha aced through this like nothing. I swear. I have most of the 5 star carries in the game and they all struggle
Yea I think Floor 11 is just a nice wake up call to people relying on shields. I’ve always known about the crazy healing of Barbara and Qiqi, so adding this bleeding effect was a nice change of pace and I wouldn’t roast Mihoyo too much on doing it when releasing a new 5 star healer
I can see my free to play friends scrambling to build their neglected healers before the two weeks rotation ends
And I'm here with a Shielder & Healer on each team, expecting such a thing to happen .

Shielders though provides other benefits: damage, buffs, debuffs, healing (zhong, beidou, diona, xinyan, noelle) or that character provides other skill like healing (diona). Other not so famous shielders: yanfei, kaeya are cons necessary.
Healer like barb and qiqi are… just healers. Qiqi though is better since she scales her healing on her atk so u can use her as sub dps/ healer. Barbs is nice coz at c6 she can revive (every 15 mins though). Plus they made it difficult to use barb moooonths ago in the abyss where floors are cryo infused 😢
This floor isnt a wake up call for shield users. This is mihoyos marketing strategy to sell a character (and also them making use of healers in abyss but not in real world… well maybe not until the 6th island of inazuma where corrosion is real)
Idk. Kokomi really feels like a barbara just with damage on her skill and burst
And whats more is that in the next update, there will be a new type of monsters ( the wolf thingy ) that will also completely ignore shields.
Every 2 weeks that pass by, being able to 36 star the spiral abyss feels more and more like a distant dream steady moving away from me.
the dps checks can be a bit wild but best bit of advice i can give ya, is to ignore abyss until you have your core supports ready for it. bennett, fischl, xinqiu, diona, mona, etc. any of these kind of characters help your dps out sooooo much in abyss, and even some of the f2p options are still hella good. there's a reason xiangling is national team atm. ya just gotta focus on what you can do man, i believe in you.
Just need Kazuha... the best dmg booster there is. But agree the extent they jacked up the HP in the recent abyss is just stupid
This is the easiest yet, finally got 36 star myself. My Raiden shredded 12-3 with a minute to spare
I felt this way too before but now that I have leveled up my support characters especially Xingqiu and Xianling who can offer off field support, it's more fun and more easy now..
I'm probably giving both of them a crown or at least get them max level talents

I like it since it actually requires a decent amount of skill to beat like how certain enemies had specific attack patterns and even if you didn’t have good damage you could play around their patterns and win

The fact that my 1st team can kill the phase in 30 sec but my 2nd still can't beat that mechanical array feels so painful. I was so close to beating it but the character death animation delayed my final attack against the boss.

Floor 11 was so hard for me because I only have 1 healer built and a Zhongli who I use on my other team to reduce damage. Floor 12 was just an easy dps check for me, I am a former welkin gnostic player and now only a welkin player

I beat the abyss at 36, but that array fight is such a butt clench, I literally got 7.00 minutes on the clock lmao
Same....I was at 7.09 and my xiangling died with the boss at 2k hp....then as soon as the death animation ended the boss did the little rocket ship move.....I was about to have a heart attack.
They have the audacity to create this DPS check floor and not the artifact rates ..

Im mobile player i feel u. Best technique is after u click start click the book wait few seconds then back to game enemies will respawn. Just repeat it so u wont loose much time waiting to respawn. Same with after waiting next wave just click the book again.

If you're using Amos Ganyu on the P.M.A. it helps to back up when you're doing your damage when it's knocked down, even moreso that it's r2. Didn't need it in the end but it may have helped save some resets lol.
For 12-3, just use national team or any variation of it with Xiangling. Ganyu Freeze doesn't do enough damage at all, you either want ganyu melt or xiangling
That's what chat telling him to do. But he still trying the same team just for the challenge I guess. Glad he made it tho even though it took quite some time for him to complete it.
Tbh xiangling, xiao, hu tao and even Eula can do more dmg than his comp because morgana comp lose out a lot of dps when it isn't able to capitalise on the quadratic scalings in non AoE situations.
And for bosses who don’t freeze, Morgana or ayaka comps are really struggling
Or Hu Tao. But the new Raiden national team might have even higher single target dmg, not sure

This is why I've been saying for a while that we need more and a more diverse roster of healers. No one is missing the fact that this is designed to push Barbara MK2 5* addition, but where are the rest of the healers and diverse play styles for them? Electro healer when? Better cryo healer when? I would have expected to see more healers like Barbara in the other elements with different emphasis especially to make use of all the trash artifacts already.
I think qiqi just needs a buff or rework

Lol you really don't need those to 36 stars the abyss. Just go watch gambitsg clear it with 3 star weapons. As for characters, rarity doesn't matter that much. Half of the meta characters are 4 stars yet most people don't realise that.
I am F2P and I have a r2 skyward blade and a c3 qiqi. Both of which I don’t use. I only have Childe and Ayaka as dps units and I clear it quite easily.
Both use craftable weapons
To be fair, a quick swap team like national is far better than Morgana for 12 3 2. Ganyu is not that good on that floor. Morgana damage is great mostly on multiple target floors.

Noelle just destroys floor 11😅. It was almost unfair.
Noelle c6 has nice damage AND nice healing AND a shield. So she is just perfect in floor 11 except her energy problems

I clear 11-3 first chamber in 30 sec with venti team and 2nd chamber with ball electro charge team with almost 40 sec in hand
well, floor 11 is still F2P friendly, so it makes sense for Noelle to clear it. i just used the same Bennett team and there wasn't much difference.
There was that Mona in the end that was like "you know i'm here right? i have my burst ready..no? ok nvm"
Funny how i also beat it with less than a second left xD I just raiden ulted and hit that ults autoattack for my life, 30k hits. already lost hope and thought it was a reset. certainly a harder one but feel like abyss heralds are even harder in late floors if you dont have ganyu / diluc / klee to break shields / perma freeze them. its easy just takes longer than the 1-1.5min you have xD
This was the first spiral abyss I was able to get 36 stars in. Hopefully I can keep this up with future iterations.

Floor 12 was definitely a little harder than usual. Freeze teams didn’t work for me against the mechanical array so I had to bring out Xiao who cleared it much easier.
This why I hate the Abyss lol
i like how the side with diluc looks very intense while the one with ganyu is just....welp, just an archon and an adeptus at work

Diluc is more constant tho.. xiangling might hurt but durring the downtime its just pure pain of particle funneling also she needs bennet to snapshot. So theres a lot of restrictions. Even if you use baal.

Bennet E every 2 seconds generates absurd energy allowing xiangling to burst on cd with barely any energy recharge
The meta comp right now is Bennet, Xq, xiangling and kazuha
And for the other side you run mona freeze with /ganyu or ayaka
This team becomes even more beast if you c6 your Bennet so he gives himself pyro infusion
And +15% pyro to himself and xiangling
@@zaburinoakashi No it’s not, by any means. You just build er and collect the particles correctly. Diluc is more consistent if you have no idea on how to do rotations.

The Mechacube and the Specter phases, I think are mainly for Yoimiya and Ganyu, I think Yoi works best, she's single target and doesn't need a bunch of adjustments other than positioning
nope, the only thing yoimiya is good at is done better by hutao.
Honestly, this abyss rotation feels way more fun than the previous one, sure they're annoying and have massive hp but things dying in one hit is way less satisfying than grinding down on their hp bar like an actual boss

For diluc mains out there, you can try and pair up diluc with xinqiu, fischl and bennett against the mechanical array. Vaporize, electro-charged and overload can help out plus diluc can abuse the overload damage cuzof crimson witch set. Ive tried it and it works. I got this idea from a genshin youtuber called moba and chill.
Fischl is a shit choice, kazuha/sucrose would be way more useful for em/elemental dmg.
Fischl's oz applying electro not only fucks up vaporise, but it also causes overload forcing you to either use an e on diluc or waste stamina while dealing a negligible amount of dmg, or electro charged which is similarly useless. Overload damage just isn't useful enough, and if you're going to overload why tf is xingqiu there? If you're gonna run a vaporise comp, don't use an electro in there. If you're gonna run an overload comp, don't run the best hydro applier in the game lmfao. Your team is full of contradictions.
A much better overload comp for diluc would be Diluc, Fischl, Beidou and Sucrose. Beidou applies more electro and deals way more dps, fischl serves as a battery, Sucrose buffs EM which is what overload scales off and diluc is just there. The team would still underperform compared to a regular vaporise team (e.g. Diluc, Xingqiu, Bennet, Sucrose) due to pryo resonance, em buff to vaporise dmg, vaporise over doubling diluc's damage with crimson witch's and bennet being an op healer + attack buffer + pyro battery if you need.
