Just a bit curious. Say for an instance you have an inline oem fuel pump feeding the surge tank and then a Bosch 44 external pump in a series configuration to the fuel rail. Since the external pump will be noisy. Will I be able to just switch the external pump off (when i dont need it) and let the inline pump do it job?
"inline" is external to any container and independent in the fuel line. I wouldn't recommend it for what he asking. I also don't recommend any inline configuration unless u have a gravity feed fuel cell.
@@bdalchemist Oh, i tought they could handle way more since they seem quite beefy. I called manley and they claim it can easily handle 950hp. But the torque that comes with even 800 seems like a lot more. :O
for a a90 supra what surge tank would you recommened i have csf manifold with the 5 pack air cooling system stage 1 pure tansmission 850 pure turbo mike botti tune ecutek boost logic down pipe awe exhaust touring edition with versus heat sheild ftp charge pipe mst cold air intake i want a recommendation for high pressure fuel pump and what you recommend for surge tank should it be placed in my trunk ? im thinking port injection flex fuel im currently 550 bhp but want make 700 horse power please help thanks.
Hello, nice vid. I liked and subscribe. I have a wabri 450 I. Tank and a 480 inline. Do I run one line from the tank to surge tank and then a line to external pump and then a line back to surge tank. But confused. I appreciate the help.
So does that relay box eliminate the stock relay under the hood? Is the surge tank needed for 800+hp or can u get away with the double pumper in the tank?
@@bdalchemist thanks. I took in a evo 9 that was pretty hurt. Guy had wires everywhere and a surge tank next to the motor with a relay and external pump right next to it. 😫😫😫 I think he was rolling a dice on catching on fire

no it adds relays to anything ur running that you made a separate circuit for.
Have you ever tuned evos on link ecu’s? What’s you opinion on link?
