  • The Biggest Boy in the Biggest Box of the year is here for your viewing pleasure! He's complex, massive and a little tedious to paint but once it's done it's very rewarding and looks fantastic. An absolute must have for any budding Tomb Kings Collection!
The Bone Dragon is in the Tomb Kings Army Set that Games Workshop very kindly sent me early to build up and paint for all of you and that's exactly what we've done so a huge thank you to them for that! All that's left now is the other 91 miniatures in that box... eek.

Amazing! I picked up a casket of souls for my TK army and really want to utilize the contrast method. What would be the best way to do that?

Mine's been sat waiting for paint for a few weeks now - I'm doing it in subassemblies as I'm not a great painter, and I was dreading doing the inside of the Priests' robes, but your idea of just splashing some reikland inside the bits underneath the ribbons is great - will definitely use that idea!
I love the new models, but I wish GW would relax a little and try to dial down the enormous masses of detail just a little bit!

Do you cover the gravel on the base with a layer of watered down PVA-glue to fixate it? or do you just leave it as it is?

Why lamian medium instead of contrast (skeleton horde 2:1 medium)?

How close is this to your DW Term color? I really want a bone armor but the 6:1 came up funky for me. I love the way they look in your videos but can’t seem to get a match.
