Some cars may have exploits (like “always keep tyre pressures at the lowest possible psi” for example) but the thing that was lost on me and is for most beginners, which causes making a setup to look very intimidating is that; the majority of custom setups aren’t massive changes in every setting of a cars setup screen. It’s small tweaks here and there (mainly the settings mentioned in this clip) to dial the car into their preferences.
This short is a fantastic introduction into a “game mechanic” that shouldn’t be ignored.
It’s like pretending skill trees in RPG’s don’t exist because they are too confusing
