My partner and I did the Venice, Florence and Rome tour in April of 2022. It was worth every penny. A wonderful tour guide supplemented by amazing local guides. In the Roman Forum, our guide told the guide that one of the members of the tour was a journalist. She went out of her way to show me where the first public news was posted outside thw Temple of Saturn. She pointed out where the metal spikes held up wooden placards where the news of the empire was posted along with the newest laws passed by the senate! That was not something I would have gotten in any other tour! They really care to make the experience a mem memorable.
I love Rick Steves’ guides and the old PBS series. If you guys are going to continue to make You Tube videos you should really sort out your audio. It’s pretty bad. Rick can afford some mics.

You mention that bus's stop every 2-2.5 hours inc for bladders. Do your busses have toilets on board?
If I remember correctly, I've heard there are bathrooms incase of an emergency but that was awhile ago.
