My favourite movie eveeerrr, I never get bored of it. The music, the characters, the story everything is on point. It's 2019 and I still watch it whenever it comes to my mind.
my favorite coming of age/romance movie of all time.. i watched it for the first time at such a right age of 11, and i've rewatched it a lot ever since, and now i'm 20, the more i grow up the more i appreciate the story line, not only the relationship between julie and bryce but also the relationship between julie and her family, the side story line about her uncle, how her family was looked down upon, gosh i just love her characters so much. As an 11 y.o she inspired me so much, seeing her struggled but still being so brave at whatever she was passionate about, how she stood by what she believed in, and how she never changed for him. And in the end he realized how special she was too:) It's a great, heartwarming and genuine movie, it will forever hold a special place in my heart
Just a cute love story, no sad ending, no deaths to make you cry or some other generic script. Its just a cute couple with the most realistic story. Well done, how did I missed this movie for a decade?
Bryce : When she walked out of the door, i thought back to the first time i saw her. How could anybody, ever have wanted to run away from Juli? Juli : He looked at me with those eyes. Those once again dazzling eyes. And i knew that Bryce was still walking around with my first kiss. But he wouldn't be for long. As we stood there, i realised that all these years we never really talked. But that day was started. Bryce : and i knew we'd be talking for a long time. 5 seconds later Bryce touched her hand. I was hoping for a kiss. It's a wonderful film. I'm in love with this movie. ❤️😍🙌
It was my first time watching Flipped, I love how pure and innocent this movie is! It made my heart fluttered and melted too at the same time. This is such a genuine love of two young people.
In fifth grade, I had a horrible teacher and year, but the best part was that some days he read us this story. I fell in love with the story and now it's part of my childhood happy flashbacks. All kids and teens should watch this. Definitely the child at heart.
I watched this movie as a kid and everytime I watch this my heart just flutters, thus, I can feel butterflies in my stomach, so yeah this is a great movie, and I'm 'bout to re-watch this while on quarantine
Just finished watching this movie. First of all, it was beautiful and amazing, and I love the fact that they showed both characters' perspectives or point-of-views throughout the entire movie. And second of all, it was really worth watching and absolutely worth my time. And for some reason, while watching the whole movie, I felt kinda sad, sentimental, and even nostalgic. And I really felt that feeling that I am with them. It's just so pure, the acting, the emotions, the script, everything. This is really something that I would watch again. And one day, I will find that kind of love that Juli and Bryce has. The feeling of sitting on a sycamore tree and seeing the world, the feeling of getting ignored by my crush, the feeling of ignoring someone who has a crush on me, and most of all, the way Bryce looked at Juli with his dazzling eyes, and the way Juli looks at Bryce. One day, I'll have that. April 20, 2021 ✨💕☺️
Okay but on the real I just want a guy to look at me the way Bryce ends up looking at Julie. OH and highly recommend this movie y'all it's so cute and if you love romance movies this one will melt your heart. It's so much better than how the trailer makes it look I promise 🙌💕
I can't get over this movie😍 they need to make a second one!! Why didn't I hear about this movie when it came out?! It's one of the best movie ever & Bryce Loski makes my heart melt❤️
We need more movies like this, pure, innocent. And kudos to the production, it resembles a pre-millennial film so much that I couldn't believe it is a 2010 movie. Love the nostalgia. Lives were less complicated.
I cant believed i refused to watch this for the longest time! This movie is a gem! Scratched all of other romantic movies out! No nudity, no kissing and yet I have never been so giddy and filled with butterflies in a movie! This movie is just the sweetest!
So far I watched almost all of hollywood Romance Dramas, I never found the better story plot which as good as KDrama But "Flipped" really really amazed me away... The story, the acting, cinematography, soundtracks, and everything about that movie is so perfect... 10/10. I wish more for the romance skinship between the leads but it's okay since I could make my own imaginary thing
the book came out when i was in 7th grade. i remembered my friends mentioning it but i don’t recall reading it. 10 years later the movie was released, but i was in college and didn’t know about it. fast forward another 10 years, im 32 years old and i randomly watch this on netflix having never seen the trailer or realized it was based on that popular middle school book my friends read. i love this movie so much. watched it twice. and i read the book. and now i’m listening to the movie soundtrack on spotify. oh man, this might be one of my all time fave! it makes me soooo nostalgic about childhood and the good ol days, before internet, social media, etc. setting it in the 60s was a really good fit.
I remember flipping through the channels one day after high school and this was on. Became one of my favorite movies after! Super nostalgic! Also ran into another movie called, “Bridge to Tarabithia” around the same time and that movie also became one of my favorites👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
watched this many times. and i couldnt help myself from holding tears and smiles. We all had a crush on somebody at this age. So its nice to reminisce the memories of it.
I watched this already. A classmate of mine was watching this then I joined her then a moment later, everyone's crowding around her laptop. The room's so noisy for an hour or so.

@@kavyas5431 yes, and trust me, there isnt much difference than the movie, it's the kind of book to movie adaptation in which the movie captures the book pretty good. It's not one of those moments wherein you'll be like "the book is soo much better -_-"
Why don't people make films like this? This is so great! Could you guys suggest similar films?

It's 2021 and I'm still not over this movie. Like it's the most natural and cutestt movie everrr🥺
My favourite movie eveeerrr, I never get bored of it. The music, the characters, the story everything is on point. It's 2019 and I still watch it whenever it comes to my mind.
Ikr...its 2021 and i still watch it😩

Sammmmeeee
Its 2024 i dont know how many, reply and reply this movie. Cute, warm, sweet, awsome. Move to keith 2008 u will love it. M
my favorite coming of age/romance movie of all time.. i watched it for the first time at such a right age of 11, and i've rewatched it a lot ever since, and now i'm 20, the more i grow up the more i appreciate the story line, not only the relationship between julie and bryce but also the relationship between julie and her family, the side story line about her uncle, how her family was looked down upon, gosh i just love her characters so much.
Rn is the perfect time for a sequel, the 10 year reunion!
Hello
Zuko? From Avatar? What are you doing narrating this movie?
I am not the only one who thought that!!! xD
Mei Singer i thought the same!!!
Mei Singer THATS WHAT I THOUGHT OMG I HAD TO STOPP OMGGG
trying to get back his honor
Literally my favorite tv show. EVER.
It was my first time watching Flipped, I love how pure and innocent this movie is! It made my heart fluttered and melted too at the same time. This is such a genuine love of two young people.
every time i watch this movie, i feel so nostalgic, and just overall a peaceful feeling, Love this movie so so so much
In fifth grade, I had a horrible teacher and year, but the best part was that some days he read us this story.
THIS MOVIE IS SO GOOD 😍😍😍
IKR
I'm actually reading the book of this and randomly looked it up and found this :3
ZeroHero Gt yeah me 2 but we are reading this on my language arts class
I remember reading this book in the 6th grade! It was so sweet and I’m 24 now
This is a living LEGEND! It's already 2021 yet, still iconic and one of the best
It hurts that none of the romantic/teenage movies aren’t like this 😭😭😭 I love this movie and the book
who watched this movie a million times and rewatches it still ? 😭
Me flipped and avatar are the only things I usually watch on Netflix
Where did you watch it?
what do u watch it on??
April 20, 2021 ✨💕☺️
i wish there is part 2 for this movie!!🥺❤
Okay but on the real I just want a guy to look at me the way Bryce ends up looking at Julie. OH and highly recommend this movie y'all it's so cute and if you love romance movies this one will melt your heart. It's so much better than how the trailer makes it look I promise 🙌💕
I've already watched the movie twice today😂 but I wish that I'd found this sooner. I'm obsessed with this movie
I'm getting an 80's vibe
60s hun
@@makdaasgedom4581 Didn't you see "I'm"
Even though it was based in the 1950’s and 60’s 💀
I was getting a 70s vibe
How are y’all getting 80 and 70 vibe lol that’s not how they even dressed during that decade
"every once in a while, you find someone who's iridescent, and when you do, nothing will ever compare."
that smile on the thumbnail is pure, it must be protected
They don't make 'em like this anymore
THE WORLD needs movies like this. So pure, cute and sweet. Movies now are just so mature and deep, sometimes I just need things in the shallow.
I think you got it flipped
Most movies are shallow...
Movies like these are deep with emotion, family, and purity of the childhood life
I can't get over this movie😍 they need to make a second one!! Why didn't I hear about this movie when it came out?! It's one of the best movie ever & Bryce Loski makes my heart melt❤️
A G yasss.. ikr!! 😍😍
We need more movies like this, pure, innocent. And kudos to the production, it resembles a pre-millennial film so much that I couldn't believe it is a 2010 movie. Love the nostalgia. Lives were less complicated.
i agree with every sentence you said right to the last dot!!! I miss just good old, sweet, innocent, less compicated romance movies.
The fact that’s Bryce is Australian and he perfected the American accent at the age is amazing!!
It's 2018 and i still can't get over how good this film is. It's just an amazing film where you can't just help but watch it so many times
I cant believed i refused to watch this for the longest time! This movie is a gem! Scratched all of other romantic movies out! No nudity, no kissing and yet I have never been so giddy and filled with butterflies in a movie! This movie is just the sweetest!
_Every once in a while, you'll find someone iridescent. And when you do, nothing will ever compare._
Omg is this prince Zukus voice from avatar aang any one else obsessed with avatar
Same it was my childhood
@@ivckrxs118 Oh, you do love this actor!! He's not in the movie...
YESSS
Dante bosco/ Zuko, I guess he just voiced this trailer.
cant wait for the netlfix live action avatar
This film reminds of the late movies like Forrest Gump, Green mile, Shawshank. Easily one of my favorite heartwarming nostalgic films ever.
Stand By Me ... another Rob Reiner film
So far I watched almost all of hollywood Romance Dramas, I never found the better story plot which as good as KDrama
But "Flipped" really really amazed me away...
The story, the acting, cinematography, soundtracks, and everything about that movie is so perfect...
10/10.
I wish more for the romance skinship between the leads but it's okay since I could make my own imaginary thing
I saw this movie just right now and I just can’t describe how much emotions went through me
what’d u watch it on?

the book came out when i was in 7th grade. i remembered my friends mentioning it but i don’t recall reading it.
Also ran into another movie called, “Bridge to Tarabithia” around the same time and that movie also became one of my favorites👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
best movie, definitely needs a sequel
IT DOES
I wish bryce loski still 16 years old now ☹️😭 i love you bryce! 😘

Seeing him in walking dead I was like.. Ahm.. Uhh.. It’s not him!

watched this many times. and i couldnt help myself from holding tears and smiles. We all had a crush on somebody at this age. So its nice to reminisce the memories of it.
Me after watching this trailer 5 times and all I can say is “He’s Cute”
I love the 50s theme
Stizzy Rosales bryce got there in 1957
I remember watching this movie in school, i loved this so much. After all these years watching this, made me nostalgic.
Just got to the chapter called “visiting” and I’m obsessed with this book.

I watched this already. A classmate of mine was watching this then I joined her then a moment later, everyone's crowding around her laptop. The room's so noisy for an hour or so.
Any one came here after November 1 2020 Flipped on of my favorite movie ❤️❤️❤️
9 years later and I'm still waiting for a second movie
Me too
I may be 11 years late to this but I just watched Flipped the other night and it was such a cute little movie I can’t get it out of my head ☺️🥰
This movie saved me! It taught me how to stop loving ppl who just won’t love me back. Thank you Julie Baker
This movie actually does make the book justice. Of course there are details missing, but I swear, it is a fair adaptation and this movie is also timeless.
I realised Dante Basco is giving the voiceover...love his voice
i've rewatched this movie way tooooo much
the movie that actually needs a sequel 😍❤️👌
