I think based on my Jamaican culture, this is different from beauty marks. Beauty marks are black pigmented areas on the skin very different from the warts or skin tag like features displayed in the video.
Maybe at risk of diabetes or liver issue, my ex had them and I took her to do full body checkup then we found that she had diabetes and she didn't know. She is still beautiful but it makes her skin dry sometimes

Some diets and habits will age you faster while ketosis and autophagy will slow it down. That’s an interesting theory. I got these too, but my blood sugar tends to run pretty low. Lowest it’s ever been was around 12 mg/dl, but changing my diet (adding more protein) helps tremendously.

I use avocado oil in my face and I’ve never had them on my face. However, I did have tags on my neck. They kept getting caught in my seat belt so I had them removed by a dermatologist. It was super easy. He just cut them off and some he did cryosurgery (extra cold wand) to remove some of them. But my face is still very clear and I’m 68. Use only white wash clothes, get the wash cloth super hot and put it completely over your face to open your pores. Put a small amount of avocado oil in your hands and smear it over your face. Then use really hot washcloth over face a few times. Afterwards fill the sink with cold water and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Splash your face to seal in the avocado oil. At night spread a thin layer of plain yogurt over your face. And in the morning do the avocado face wash. Your face will be clean and clear. Oh, if you have black spots from pimples, get a lemon and use a Q-tip to squeeze a bit of lemon juice onto the Q-tip. Dab the lemon juice onto the black spot/pimple and it will dry up and disappear over time.

A friend of mine got rid of hers by doing a DTox. I read somewhere it's a sign of sugar overload in your system.

I have had them since I was 19-20. I like them.
I use avocado oil in my face and I’ve never had them on my face. However, I did have tags on my neck. They kept getting caught in my seat belt so I had them removed by a dermatologist. It was super easy. He just cut them off and some he did cryosurgery (extra cold wand) to remove some of them. But my face is still very clear and I’m 68. Use only white wash clothes, get the wash cloth super hot and put it completely over your face to open your pores. Put a small amount of avocado oil in your hands and smear it over your face. Then use really hot washcloth over face a few times. Afterwards fill the sink with cold water and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Splash your face to seal in the avocado oil. At night spread a thin layer of plain yogurt over your face. And in the morning do the avocado face wash. Your face will be clean and clear. Oh, if you have black spots from pimples, get a lemon and use a Q-tip to squeeze a bit of lemon juice onto the Q-tip. Dab the lemon juice onto the black spot/pimple and it will dry up and disappear over time.
