I do it with 2 legs down on the floor. Learn from one of the old skool breakdance video from the 80s.
Yes I have seen the older generation use it that way. In some combos I use it with 2 legs as well🙏

When you do the exercises with one leg in the air, do you keep your weight towards your upper body? I feel strain on my knees when i switch.
Yes you need to transfer your weight to the upper limbs! Then you will feel less impact on the knees.
could never really get this move down to the point where I could do it all the time. on a good day i can hit a few but this move and others have always been a strugle for me.
If you train 3 times per week, you will see results. Just spend 20, 30 minutes for this move. Eventually you will achieve it!
@@DimitrisGizmo dude sad to say but iv been breaking for over 20 years. some moves i just for whatever reason cant seem to get down very well.
@@djam7484 Hmm. I don't know the situation. So you have good hip flexibility? Maybe there is a matter there.

@@djam7484 splits, martial arts kicks etc. Maybe you need to improve the dynamic stretching. Like Jean Claude Van Damme Kicks etc
