I learned the windmill because of this tutorial - thank you so much. After thousands failed attemps with too much speed from the turtle freeze and legs hitting the ground. My breaktrough: 1. after learning the ”slow-mo” / ”freeze to freeze” step by step windmill (as shown in this video) 2. I then had to keep my legs actively open - like I literally started with legs wide open laying on my back and started as slow windmill I could from there focusing only on my legs being open and straight. 3. And then the first slow two rounds go slow with legs sweeping the floor, and third round turns into real windmill! Holy damn. Thanks again.
Thank you for breaking it down into small steps that are very easy to follow, amazing job! I used to windmill when I was 19 like 12 years ago.. today I can get one decent windmill but cant connect them anymore. You video really helped me understand my problem, my hips are not high enough, my first windmill is very low so it's very difficult to chain on the next one. I will be very happy if I can at least windmill again at age 31 :D
Great tutorial! I've always wanted to learn this and I've tried it multiple times but never really got around to learning it. What surface do you suggest I try this on, considering I'm an absolute beginner?
I would say anything smooth, the best material is a wood/vinyl floor, but I use smooth concrete because I do not have access to an area with a vinyl floor due to COVID 19
Also if your a beginner I would recommend holding each individual freeze for about 30 seconds without failing. I did not have my left shoulder freeze when I tried and it made learning significantly harder.
I guess Im asking randomly but does anyone know a tool to get back into an instagram account?? I was stupid forgot my password. I love any tricks you can give me.
I totally agree that it's comfortable to keep the head off the ground. However I've heard and seen that keeping the head on the ground for more advanced windmills like BBoy storms mills or magnet style mills you must have the head on the ground. Otherwise awesome tutorial. Subscribed.
I love your videos Simonster. Always so good at explaining :) I wonder if you also have a videotutorial on what to eat? I would love to learn what diet you follow each week :) cheers mate
At 2:00, I noticed that when you're doing just the 1st axis of rotation, you roll in pretty much a straight line (your head is pointed towards the viewer the whole time). When I try to do this, my body starts to rotate around the floor clockwise so that after one full cycle of the 4 positions, my head is pointing in a direction 90 degrees rotated from the start. Is that something I should try to fix? And if so, how? Are you spinning at all as you step through the 4 positions, or is it purely rolling? Thanks so much, phenomenal video
2:00 Man, how can i do that handstand? I'd really want to be a break dancer at my age (13) but i can't do even a single freeze. My movesheet is very simple, just like a real begginer (My moves are Top Rock, footwork, six step, three step and backspin). I'd really want your help, you look very professional in this thing
Hello Bro During windmill practice my shoulder peeling occurs and my shoulder skin damaging and becoming dark. Please tell what should I do now. Make video on this problem 🥺
Im having trouble with the stab->shoulder->back initial sequence. When I transition my body just goes out of balance and I can't get into the next freeze. any help with that?
what do you recommend for beginner powerheads to get used to doing power on harder surfaces like wood? I can't properly do windmills on harder surfaces because it kinda hurts + it's scarier lol

In the 80's we watched beat street nice lesson
This is best video to start windmill
That 4mil viewed video is overrated
Do you or don't you kind of kick your legs up to make the hips go higher when returning with the belly facing the floor part of the windmill?
Thanks a lot!!

Hello Bro During windmill practice my shoulder peeling occurs and my shoulder skin damaging and becoming dark. Please tell what should I do now. Make video on this problem 🥺
Thanks for watching?! Thanks for showing!
I'm having trouble to switch from turtle to shoulder freeze: is it supposed to slam my elbow on the ground?
Please a detailed tutorial on swipes
Flare tutorial please
YOu should make a video of the easiest, cool looking moves that are along these lines.
Airflare tutorial next!
Very grateful for your tutorials! Just curious as to what your height & weight is? Also, do you eat prior to performing? Or do you fast?
Thanks brother
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍
those things look like they are from another world
Im having trouble with the stab->shoulder->back initial sequence. When I transition my body just goes out of balance and I can't get into the next freeze. any help with that?

can somebody help me with, how to roll from your back to the other shoulder? i dont quite grasp how to do it
yes great
thks u !
Ayo, my legs/hips keep hitting the ground when moving from the stab freeze to the backspin position. Anyone have suggestions?
I would pull something if i tried this.
I'm having difficulty going from the second shoulder freeze into the final elbow lever to finish the cycle. Has anyone got a good tip?
Stay on upper shoulders, use head as support, use momentum and also lift up your hips and legs into air for a split second to go up
what do you recommend for beginner powerheads to get used to doing power on harder surfaces like wood? I can't properly do windmills on harder surfaces because it kinda hurts + it's scarier lol
You'll get a shoulder bruises aka windmill burns. But eventually you'll get used to it😃
You could try it with a matras or something but spinning wil be harder
You are sir monster
Is he in a racquetball court?
Cool tutorial, but what I can't do split? Not enough flexibility at all(
Same problem, man :(
one question: do you close your eyes when you do the move ??? i can get dizzy very easy when i spin...
If I just had the straddle that much apart in the first place...
The shoulder freeze is really punishing.
How to turtle freeze corectly;-;
When I’m 9* kg😭😭
