That is a great idea however, it does not address the fact the ex-convicts are not eligible for work, housing, and support that other citizens are afforded. Like you said, you are a Doctor. All the education in the world does not change the fact that you're opportunities are narrowed. I like what you did, and the message behind it, especially for future generations. But for the people currently facing this issue, there is still no solution.
