Although the last race was pretty much scripted and I bet they knew pretty much after the they tried the cars what they liked best it was still awesome! And I really do think even if you tried them all as they did it's a hard choice and they were honest in the end. My take is that the 918 is probably the best track car, P1 is a track oriented hyper car, and the LaFerrari if your driving skills can handle it the most fun car...
I completely agree. I don't think I realized how brilliant these three cars were when they came out, as a ten year old, but boy oh boy do I appreciate them now. We will never quite see a battle like this ever again. It was indeed the first of its kind. Funny how 2020 will bring the last battle of its kind, with Ferrari, Porsche, and McLaren set to debut their new hypercars in 2025. After that, everything will be electric. The battle between the AMG One and the Aston Martin Valkyrie is.. well, to put it simply, not exciting.

You are correct. With the release of the W1 it is clear that automotive engineering is not bound to move forward in a comprehensive way. Cars may become faster and more technical, but it appears this trio, specifically the P1, will forever stand alone as "holy". McLaren had 13 years to top the P1, and they failed, wholesale. How's that possible?
This may be the BEST overall track test I've ever watched , bar none. It's just a delight in every way -- three absolutely magnificent cars, the great drivers, their camaraderie, the amazing track, the *outstanding* photography and camera angles, and maybe best of all, the wonderful spirit and joy of Chris Harris embracing it all. Just amazing! One could probably choose a favorite car, not having driven one! --- mine would be the 918 -- but I don't see how you could really say one of these is absolutely "better" than the other. Each is a masterpiece in its own right. Thanks to Chris Harris and his crew and to everyone who made this 52 minutes some of the best I've ever spent watching incredible, iconic cars. Bravo!
This video shows some important points: 1. Internet has killed television. 2. UA-cam is the best way to produce content - for creators and viewers. 3. Tiff and Chris need to work together more often. 4. Harris is God! 5. All three of the cars are just awesome!
It's hard to make those statements if you don't know the financials behind it. It's quite possible this video cost more to make than it'll ever see in advertising revenues.

Why would Chris go back? He's probably getting paid far more for TG, and even if does stop in a couple seasons more time he'll still have this to go back to. From his point of view he might as well milk it for what it's worth.

Exactly its proportions are to the point. Even with their preference for form over function they’ve made it so timeless and elegant but unfortunately they don’t give red or fellow type flashy colours for their cars and deliberately make it look understateted

This entire video was just nothing short of astounding. I can't believe how much I was smiling the entire time I was watching. This was done with probably a third of Top Gears budget yet they managed to create one of the best 52min of a car show I've ever seen. All 3 cars and their 3 different drivers just allowed for so much information to be poured out on the track that even I feel like I know these cars. what a video! hats off

Exactly. Not worried about tyres, mechanics, lap times because they know it works and won't disappoint. That's massive and makes the 918 the standout car for me although not with the old school decals. I bet you the P1 needed work done on it every time it came in, they are horrific for faults and problems. Does look crazy though!
Exactly the reason that without even a second of thought I would buy the Porsche instead of the Ferrari or the McLaren... Porsche makes SOLID cars, even if it's not the most beautiful or the fastest, it's technically solid as every other Porsche is and would save a lot on frustration... you just know that when you get into it it will start and have fun without worrying it's going to break down.
They managed to make me compare their combined review of the trinity to the review of the trinity by Clarkson, Hammond and May. Shows just how talented Chris is at doing this.
In my life I think I'll never have the chance to experience the sensations that these insane cars are able to give, neither from the passenger seat nor even less behind the wheel. But watching the on board video of the P1 during the best lap attempt I felt shivers down my spine and it's a rare if not unique event for me. Don't know why... What a car! Apart from that the video is just perfect!
There simply isn't a better a video in the history of UA-cam ... I can't imagine giving any higher praise than that ... Brilliant job by Chris, Marino, Tiff, Ferrari, Mclaren, Porsche and the production and support teams. You guys made history!
One odd thing I noticed was that the onboard footage of the fast lap in the 918 just "feels" subjectively slower and more sedate than the other two. In the LaFerrari and P1, there's an element of frantic fear and brutality to the footage, but the 918 lap footage conveys a much less dramatic experience through the camera.
Because the P1 and LaFerrari are rear wheel drive cars which is a lot harder to tame at that kind of power and speed as opposed to the 918 which is 4wd which will be a lot more controlled therefore look more settled on camera.
+Peder Hansen Not really. The AWD helps it put down power and transfer power between rear and front, very similar to GTR. That is why it can manage the corners and get out of them fast despite being heavy. But as soon as Chris turned off the stability control it wasn't that stable anymore. So it's the AWD and electronics doing the magic.
Now I'm still watching this, but my conclusion about the previous P1 918 battle that happened still stands. Mclaren sends out a huge team of people, has as a non road legal race setting (which is fine for this comparison) and has this super crazy tire. Ferrari sends out a crazy team of people and tells Chris how to drive it fast on this circuit. Meanwhile, from the video it looks like Porsche sent out maybe one guy and set it up on the same tire that can come on the new Focus RS and said "Fuck it, have at it". Porsche never fails to impress me.

after listening to Chris’ Collecting Cars Podcast with Tiff recently , I just had to hunt this video down again. Quite possibly the most honest, joy inspiring 52 and a half minutes of motorcar journalism/hooliganism I’ve ever seen. Top drawer gents, top drawer!
Coronavirus quarantine has me watching this again. It's still the best piece of motoring journalism on the internet. I'd still have the McLaren. I don't even care it's the fastest here. I think it looks the best, futuristic almost, and although it doesn't have a V12, the menacing growl of that turbo V8 sounds amazingly brutal.
Been reading 'Variable Valve Timings' and was reminded to revisit this video, now in (at time of writing) its eighth year. Chris Harris... in my view, this has to be one of the finest hours in motoring journalism, engineering, driving skill and film making of all time. Well done, Boss.
Rewatching this video now, in the middle of 2019, with everything going electric, and really just feeling an immense appreciation that this moment was so beautifully documented. Thank you Chris, Marino, Tiff and the production team for creating such an amazing piece of content which truly captures the soul, emotion and essence of the hypercar! Though I can't help but think, would Koenigsegg now fit in the picture? 🤔
What a joy to watch this again after 5 yrs.. don't think this will ever get old, thanks to CH and team for creating this masterpiece of a film.. 2014-15 was such a high point for high performance cars setting yardstick for the supercars which we have being since then, faster and more usable than ever, and yet I think the holy trinity (especially the P1) would hold its special place in hearts of many probably forever

This was simply dazzling. I watched the full video and it felt like 15 minutes. All three cars are phenomenal and so were the three drivers. This was the greatest piece of motoring journalism I've ever seen, and probably ever will see.
OK, I take back what I said in previous car reviews. THIS is the review that we have all been waiting for!!!! Seriously enjoyable review with as usual stellar videography with awesome slow motion footage, especially of that shark-eyed LaFerrari drifting! What's better than a P1 vs a LaFerrari vs a Porsche 918? - A Chris Harris review of a P1 vs a LaFerrari vs a Porsche 918. And what's better than a Chris Harris review of a P1 vs a LaFerrari vs a Porsche 918? - A Chris Harris review of a P1 vs a LaFerrari vs a Porsche 918 featuring Tiff Needle (the only other car reviewer who knows how to drift as well as Chris) and Marino Franchitti going head to head around a track drifting around corners in slow-motion!! YEEEHAAA!! Doesn't get much better than that :) With Chris Harris, Tiff Needle and Marino taking these cars for a lap, it's no wonder that all three car companies brought their technicions to the track, since in this case, they cannot put a bad lap time down to a bad driver. So the P1 does after all post the fastest lap time of the three, but to be fair, in race mode it sat the lowest to the ground out of the three which gave it a huge advantage, not to mention those Trofeo R tires gave it an even greater advantage. But never the less, the bottom line is that it is the fastest road car around a track not to mention the fastest of the three from 0- 300 kph. Period
+KNOW HOPE LOL, I read your most recent comments in the Hyper 5 video. You were really on the 918 pretty hard,lol. To your last comments. This race mode has known for sometime. As soon as P1 wins anything out right it's thrown up like it's a big deal. If you look at the overall heights of each car, the LaFerrari actually sits the lowest. The P1 maybe closest to the ground but cockpit is the biggest. Making it taller in height then the Ferrari. Can't go no where without this tire comments it seems. The P1 has the smallest tires of the 3. On the R's it mechanical grip throws closer with the other 2. There isn't this clear advantage like most think. I have looked at the cornering speeds of all 3 plus P1 on R's. Only difference came off the exit of turns. Where P1 could hook better allowing it to use it's race mode more effectively. That allowed CH to hit higher speeds on the straits.
Jeffrey Williams Actualy, in another comment I mentioned that the 918 is the Pinnacle of motor engineering. Its certainly the king of the quarter mile and holds the world record around the Nurburgring
***** Those are the comments I'm referring too. According to Top Gear this so called Pinnacle roots/idea came from the Veyron. The brains behind that vehicle was also involved in the 918 coming to life.Much like the Veyron it will be surpassed sooner or later. Problem with this 918 is most say GT3 RS the better driver's car. So much for the so called Pinnacle. Didn't 918 come to life late in 2009 in full form unlike P1 and LaFerrari??? Been in development some 4+yrs. I wouldn't call that a pinnacle more like lessons learned much like the Veyron. Seeing the SV go below 7:00 on 1 hot lap unlike many on 918 side. Calling that a world record should call a world of tries,lol. The lowly Huracan topped 918 in a recent video on here.Without full power in HL mode, the king can be had.
Jeffrey Williams Don't get me wrong, I am not a fan of Porsche. Porsches are high on pricision engineering but except for the 911 GT RS versions, low on driving passion compared to Ferrari or McLaren and my biggest issue is that unless when giving the beans to the throttle, they all sound like high powered vacuum cleaners at low revs. But the bottom line remains that the 918 despite its relatively heavy weight, still holds the Nurburgring world record and 0-60mph world record.
+Ahmad Isa GTR or a Vette in the mix would have been nice just for comparison. Out of the three the Porsche made it look easy seeming to be the most composed,smoothest...easiest to put down fast lap times. Impressive considering it's 1600+kg weight and less HP.

Great vid, already new from the outset that the P1 was the fastest even on control tyres. You can not complain about the P1's race mode as this is a design of the car, Porsche & Ferrari had the opportunity to build/design the same feature in their car. All in all this was possible one of the greatest car reviews ever. Well done Chris.

What an amazing video. Fantastic, thank you to all involved. This was an experience for sure. To sit here and watch those onboard lap times was exciting, I cannot fathom how it must have felt. The pace at which all three of those speedo's moved was something else. Each car is a triumph, a testament of engineering and of human endeavour. To think as a species we can sit down and use the basic raw materials from the ground to create machines like this...amazing!!! There is no such thing as a winner here really. They are all amazing.

nearly 10 years after release, all 3 of these cars still look brand new to this day...and are still jaw-droppingly fast even by modern standards! the fact that all 3 posted lap-times just .6 of a second apart from each other on the same tires makes it even harder to pick a favorite.

+Hjerrick You should hear one in the flesh. The LaFerrari isn't as loud as the Enzo, but don't get me wrong, it is a very loud car, much louder than the 458 and considerably louder than the F12.

I think this and Henry’s review of the GT1/F1/CLK-GTR is the zenith of automotive journalism. Not just because of the vehicles involved, but because of the presentation and production. Stellar work, 7 years on.
God this was so good. Three guys who can seriously drive, mucking about in three halo cars pushing their dynamic qualities to the edge. We need more Chris and Tiff content quite honestly. Lots of talking and sliding, raw onboards and lovely engine noise.
Chris Harris stated clearly that all the cars used regular tires for the lap time comparison. He explicitly stated that the Trofeo R tyres were only used afterwards to see the difference and to experience them. I don't understand how almost every single comment on this page is complaining that the tires were a factor. Chris explicitly stated and explained how he made the tyres fair. Also, there is no way any of the manufacturers would have agreed to the test if there was any tire advantage, especially Mclaren and Ferrari. Get over all the complaining.
Just spent the better part of an hour in hog heaven. I´ll never be able to to buy either one of these three cars, but thanks to some very skilled driving combined with a marvellous production, I´ll drive them in my dreams over and over again...
I really wish McLaren and Ferrari would stop having a dick measuring contest over these cars. None of these cars are going to devalue or become less lusted after because one is a 6th of a second faster then the other. All 3 of them are very special cars, and unless you are purely after lap times, one is not better then the other. And as all ways, Chris all ways manages to make his videos top notch. All ways fun to watch, and his crew does top notch work with the video and audio. As all ways fantastic job.
+MrGovenator1 Supercars will always be about dick measuring. Otherwise ferrari would still be putting out cars like the 288 gto and lamborghini would be making the miura. Especially as modern family cars and sports coupes get faster and sharper, the supercars must push further ahead. It's the march of progress that no one can stop despite how stupid it is.

+MrGovenator1 i sort of agree. but the slowest will actually be less wanted. You dont want to own the slowest "hypercar". Just like you dont want to be the guy with the smallest dick in the showers. You can have the second slowest/smallest but not the smallest because everyone will remember that. But ferrari has been known to go big in this kind of things. They allways go way over the top on it with sending drivers out on the track first and even have been known to modify the test cars so they would be faster.
+Orlando Camacena Here is a different way of looking at this: 1: Car nr1 offers pure driving enjoyment with great feedback to the driver without any intrusion of the electronics. 2. Car nr2 doesn't offer as good feedback, needs extreme wing/diffuser and an even more extreme track mode just to be as fast as car nr1. I think that alone shows how much this car is behind car nr1. And I think the manufacturer almost regrets this track mode and extreme aero. It turned out to be more of a track car than sports car. 3. Car nr3 is almost like a modern GTR. That is why despite being heavy it manages the corners and gets out of them fast. The power transfer between the axles is intrusive and not seamless. It offers even less driver feedback, brake feedback, etc. Something most have accused the similar system in GTR. All 3 cars are obviously great but one of them offers the best experience as a drivers car in all situations, without turning into a track car. LaFerrari doesn't need AWD or any extreme aero or driving modes but still manages to be as fast as the other 2, if not faster. No wonder it was the most sought after super car of the 3, and still is.

It's just a delight in every way -- three absolutely magnificent cars, the great drivers, their camaraderie, the amazing track, the *outstanding* photography and camera angles, and maybe best of all, the wonderful spirit and joy of Chris Harris embracing it all. Just amazing! One could probably choose a favorite car, not having driven one! --- mine would be the 918 -- but I don't see how you could really say one of these is absolutely "better" than the other. Each is a masterpiece in its own right. Thanks to Chris Harris and his crew and to everyone who made this 52 minutes some of the best I've ever spent watching incredible, iconic cars. Bravo!

nah. 918 is easily best of them all. Its fastest, most advanced car where that hybrid thing isn't just a gimmick
no, you cannot mach 918 with la Ferrari. It has the best looks, the greatest heritage from them and the best handling/fun to drive of them all

I liked Extra Gear. Chris and Rory had great chemistry and it was a much more enjoyable show.
Why would Chris go back? He's probably getting paid far more for TG, and even if does stop in a couple seasons more time he'll still have this to go back to. From his point of view he might as well milk it for what it's worth.

Exactly its proportions are to the point. Even with their preference for form over function they’ve made it so timeless and elegant but unfortunately they don’t give red or fellow type flashy colours for their cars and deliberately make it look understateted

This entire video was just nothing short of astounding. I can't believe how much I was smiling the entire time I was watching. This was done with probably a third of Top Gears budget yet they managed to create one of the best 52min of a car show I've ever seen. All 3 cars and their 3 different drivers just allowed for so much information to be poured out on the track that even I feel like I know these cars. what a video! hats off

Exactly. Not worried about tyres, mechanics, lap times because they know it works and won't disappoint. That's massive and makes the 918 the standout car for me although not with the old school decals. I bet you the P1 needed work done on it every time it came in, they are horrific for faults and problems. Does look crazy though!
Exactly the reason that without even a second of thought I would buy the Porsche instead of the Ferrari or the McLaren... Porsche makes SOLID cars, even if it's not the most beautiful or the fastest, it's technically solid as every other Porsche is and would save a lot on frustration... you just know that when you get into it it will start and have fun without worrying it's going to break down.

In my life I think I'll never have the chance to experience the sensations that these insane cars are able to give, neither from the passenger seat nor even less behind the wheel. But watching the on board video of the P1 during the best lap attempt I felt shivers down my spine and it's a rare if not unique event for me. Don't know why... What a car!

One odd thing I noticed was that the onboard footage of the fast lap in the 918 just "feels" subjectively slower and more sedate than the other two. In the LaFerrari and P1, there's an element of frantic fear and brutality to the footage, but the 918 lap footage conveys a much less dramatic experience through the camera.
Because the P1 and LaFerrari are rear wheel drive cars which is a lot harder to tame at that kind of power and speed as opposed to the 918 which is 4wd which will be a lot more controlled therefore look more settled on camera.
Marmik K Yes makes sense. But even in a straight line there's a different feel going on. Perhaps it's the differences in the noise.

+Peder Hansen Not really. The AWD helps it put down power and transfer power between rear and front, very similar to GTR. That is why it can manage the corners and get out of them fast despite being heavy. But as soon as Chris turned off the stability control it wasn't that stable anymore. So it's the AWD and electronics doing the magic.

Now I'm still watching this, but my conclusion about the previous P1 918 battle that happened still stands. Mclaren sends out a huge team of people, has as a non road legal race setting (which is fine for this comparison) and has this super crazy tire. Ferrari sends out a crazy team of people and tells Chris how to drive it fast on this circuit. Meanwhile, from the video it looks like Porsche sent out maybe one guy and set it up on the same tire that can come on the new Focus RS and said "Fuck it, have at it". Porsche never fails to impress me.

after listening to Chris’ Collecting Cars Podcast with Tiff recently , I just had to hunt this video down again. Quite possibly the most honest, joy inspiring 52 and a half minutes of motorcar journalism/hooliganism I’ve ever seen. Top drawer gents, top drawer!

I'd still have the McLaren. I don't even care it's the fastest here. I think it looks the best, futuristic almost, and although it doesn't have a V12, the menacing growl of that turbo V8 sounds amazingly brutal.

What a joy to watch this again after 5 yrs.. don't think this will ever get old, thanks to CH and team for creating this masterpiece of a film.. 2014-15 was such a high point for high performance cars setting yardstick for the supercars which we have being since then, faster and more usable than ever, and yet I think the holy trinity (especially the P1) would hold its special place in hearts of many probably forever

In hindsight, we didn't know it at the time but this may be the pinnacle.
This was simply dazzling. I watched the full video and it felt like 15 minutes. All three cars are phenomenal and so were the three drivers. This was the greatest piece of motoring journalism I've ever seen, and probably ever will see.
The three of them going at it was the best viewing experience I've ever had. Felt like I was there.

With Chris Harris, Tiff Needle and Marino taking these cars for a lap, it's no wonder that all three car companies brought their technicions to the track, since in this case, they cannot put a bad lap time down to a bad driver.
So the P1 does after all post the fastest lap time of the three, but to be fair, in race mode it sat the lowest to the ground out of the three which gave it a huge advantage, not to mention those Trofeo R tires gave it an even greater advantage. But never the less, the bottom line is that it is the fastest road car around a track not to mention the fastest of the three from 0- 300 kph. Period

To your last comments. This race mode has known for sometime. As soon as P1 wins anything out right it's thrown up like it's a big deal. If you look at the overall heights of each car, the LaFerrari actually sits the lowest. The P1 maybe closest to the ground but cockpit is the biggest. Making it taller in height then the Ferrari.
Can't go no where without this tire comments it seems. The P1 has the smallest tires of the 3. On the R's it mechanical grip throws closer with the other 2. There isn't this clear advantage like most think. I have looked at the cornering speeds of all 3 plus P1 on R's. Only difference came off the exit of turns. Where P1 could hook better allowing it to use it's race mode more effectively.
That allowed CH to hit higher speeds on the straits.
Jeffrey Williams Actualy, in another comment I mentioned that the 918 is the Pinnacle of motor engineering. Its certainly the king of the quarter mile and holds the world record around the Nurburgring

According to Top Gear this so called Pinnacle roots/idea came from the Veyron. The brains behind that vehicle was also involved in the 918 coming to life.Much like the Veyron it will be surpassed sooner or later.
Problem with this 918 is most say GT3 RS the better driver's car.

Jeffrey Williams Don't get me wrong, I am not a fan of Porsche. Porsches are high on pricision engineering but except for the 911 GT RS versions, low on driving passion compared to Ferrari or McLaren and my biggest issue is that unless when giving the beans to the throttle, they all sound like high powered vacuum cleaners at low revs.
But the bottom line remains that the 918 despite its relatively heavy weight, still holds the Nurburgring world record and 0-60mph world record.

Great vid, already new from the outset that the P1 was the fastest even on control tyres. You can not complain about the P1's race mode as this is a design of the car, Porsche & Ferrari had the opportunity to build/design the same feature in their car.

What an amazing video. Fantastic, thank you to all involved. This was an experience for sure. To sit here and watch those onboard lap times was exciting, I cannot fathom how it must have felt. The pace at which all three of those speedo's moved was something else. Each car is a triumph, a testament of engineering and of human endeavour. To think as a species we can sit down and use the basic raw materials from the ground to create machines like this...amazing!!! There is no such thing as a winner here really. They are all amazing.
People REALLY ought to leave their fanboyism out of this when comparing these cars. Just be grateful these magnificent machines exist.

nearly 10 years after release, all 3 of these cars still look brand new to this day...and are still jaw-droppingly fast even by modern standards! the fact that all 3 posted lap-times just .6 of a second apart from each other on the same tires makes it even harder to pick a favorite.

+Hjerrick You should hear one in the flesh. The LaFerrari isn't as loud as the Enzo, but don't get me wrong, it is a very loud car, much louder than the 458 and considerably louder than the F12.

I think this and Henry’s review of the GT1/F1/CLK-GTR is the zenith of automotive journalism. Not just because of the vehicles involved, but because of the presentation and production. Stellar work, 7 years on.

God this was so good. Three guys who can seriously drive, mucking about in three halo cars pushing their dynamic qualities to the edge. We need more Chris and Tiff content quite honestly. Lots of talking and sliding, raw onboards and lovely engine noise.
Chris Harris stated clearly that all the cars used regular tires for the lap time comparison. He explicitly stated that the Trofeo R tyres were only used afterwards to see the difference and to experience them. I don't understand how almost every single comment on this page is complaining that the tires were a factor. Chris explicitly stated and explained how he made the tyres fair. Also, there is no way any of the manufacturers would have agreed to the test if there was any tire advantage, especially Mclaren and Ferrari. Get over all the complaining.
Having said that, the Cup2 tires on the Porsche are better than the old P Zero Corsa.
Just spent the better part of an hour in hog heaven. I´ll never be able to to buy either one of these three cars, but thanks to some very skilled driving combined with a marvellous production, I´ll drive them in my dreams over and over again...

I really wish McLaren and Ferrari would stop having a dick measuring contest over these cars. None of these cars are going to devalue or become less lusted after because one is a 6th of a second faster then the other. All 3 of them are very special cars, and unless you are purely after lap times, one is not better then the other. And as all ways, Chris all ways manages to make his videos top notch. All ways fun to watch, and his crew does top notch work with the video and audio. As all ways fantastic job.
+MrGovenator1 Supercars will always be about dick measuring. Otherwise ferrari would still be putting out cars like the 288 gto and lamborghini would be making the miura. Especially as modern family cars and sports coupes get faster and sharper, the supercars must push further ahead.
It's the march of progress that no one can stop despite how stupid it is.

+MrGovenator1 i sort of agree. but the slowest will actually be less wanted. You dont want to own the slowest "hypercar". Just like you dont want to be the guy with the smallest dick in the showers. You can have the second slowest/smallest but not the smallest because everyone will remember that. But ferrari has been known to go big in this kind of things. They allways go way over the top on it with sending drivers out on the track first and even have been known to modify the test cars so they would be faster.

Here is a different way of looking at this:
1: Car nr1 offers pure driving enjoyment with great feedback to the driver without any intrusion of the electronics.
2. Car nr2 doesn't offer as good feedback, needs extreme wing/diffuser and an even more extreme track mode just to be as fast as car nr1. I think that alone shows how much this car is behind car nr1. And I think the manufacturer almost regrets this track mode and extreme aero. It turned out to be more of a track car than sports car.
3. Car nr3 is almost like a modern GTR. That is why despite being heavy it manages the corners and gets out of them fast. The power transfer between the axles is intrusive and not seamless. It offers even less driver feedback, brake feedback, etc. Something most have accused the similar system in GTR.
All 3 cars are obviously great but one of them offers the best experience as a drivers car in all situations, without turning into a track car. LaFerrari doesn't need AWD or any extreme aero or driving modes but still manages to be as fast as the other 2, if not faster. No wonder it was the most sought after super car of the 3, and still is.
