  • Moist, light and flaky Strawberry and Vanilla Fillo Crinkle Cakes. It’s so delicious that you’ll cook it over and over again and it’s also quick and really easy to make.
    Ingredients:
    180g butter, melted
    12 sheets Fillo Pastry
    300g cream (33-35%)
    100g caster sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    5-8 strawberries, chopped
    Take your Filo Pastry out of the fridge to bring it up to room temperature in its packaging, before you start.
    Bake in the oven 180C/350F for 15 min, until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and pour the custard over the baked Fillo Pastry. Sprinkle with chopped strawberries on top. Transfer the tin back into the oven and bake for approximately 20-30 minutes or until golden.
