Intuition is a real thing. There are energies beyond the physical that are connected to narcissism. This may be a hardpill to swallow for some but for those that have insight into these things, spirituality will be a great aid in regaining control of your life after narcissistic abuse. Case in point as many can attest to, you always know when a narcissist is about to circumvent no-contact and reach out to you or about to do something crazy. There is an eerie feeling. Take heed.
When you understand narcissism, it allows you to protect yourself by being able to read their minds.

Her and I have become friends over time, even though we had originally planned to keep a certain distance, which has proved not to work for us ❤ And by now we have plenty of more worthy topics to talk about.
If breaking a trauma bond and going no contact with a narcissist was as "simple as that".. Domestic violence wouldn't be an epidemic.
It’s funny because their games become so transparent and honestly, I think maybe it’s my Asperger’s and pattern recognition ability but they don’t seem to affect me because my logical brain deconstructs all their actions and I only end up feeling sorry for them. It must be a special kind of hell to actually live like that and to be so insecure and so fearful of rejection. Gosh!

You belong to them, even if you're not together. They use any manipulatiom to bind you to them no matter how far-fetched it apppears to outsiders. It always makes sense to the victim. Now I understand why and how. I always noticed the behaviors, but I never associated it with narcissism. I escaped decades ago without the knowledge I have now. If I had this knowledge, then I wouldn't have wasted 2.5 years with him. Clarity is found late, but better late than never. Regularly applied these days.

Everything is energy. My primary aim was to protect and withdraw my energy sensing it would torture him once he'd failed all my narc detecting tests. I physically felt it, definitely energy vampires. There are practises to protect your energies. They are weak entities and easy to battle

@@No-Name-f8p Not necessarily, I have a good friend that went no contact, including changing his phone number of many years and he is sticking to it beautifully and the narc just showed up at his door, ringing the bell of which he knew not to go to the door. He told her (narc) over a year ago, you are not allowed at my property, I will consider it trespassing if you show up and the police will be called. Narcs don't care what anyone says, they don't care what anyone does. Sometimes moving is NOT possible. He called the police and they handled it after he explained she was told she was not allowed to step foot on his property and the police called her and warned her, next time there will be no warning. She will come back. It's only a matter of time and she will get herself arrested. It's terrible for anyone to have to deal with these types in their immediate lives!

@@No-Name-f8p If someone is unable to change where they live, how can one control who shows up to knock on the door? Those with NPD don't respect boundaries nor rights nor wishes! There are many forced to call the police because they have told the narc not to show up and inevitably the narc does!
What I found most draining in my relationship with a lesser mid range narcissist is how he was looking for validation through what he called his art. And as creative as he was, I felt that he tried too hard at times to express what he was trying to put out. And many times, it felt fake. And I was trying to be supportive, when he would ask me, "Did I do good?" And I would tell him, "yes, you did." And I meant it. Because I wanted him to be happy. That elation that he felt was so short lived. And soon after, he would turn dark and verbally abusive once the feul from the show ran out. A week, perhaps two. Pretending to be a Rockstar was just flat. It is really sad to look back on it now.

With respect, I beg to differ in some cases. My ex was a psychic and medium. On first meeting he brought through information that was unavailable to him anywhere. He went on to remote view me, turn up places nobody knew I was going, knowing things that nobody knew etc. He's a very well known medium, with his own channel, working internationally etc. And yet, uses his abilities to manipulate women.
Your ex does deep research to his advantage to amaze you and bring you info that no-one could have possibly known! Now you are impressed and want more. He tracked you somehow (the remote viewing thing) you really believed he viewed you psychically? Please woman! Of course he manipulates women, he did it to you. Still does apparently because you believe him. It's all magic until you can peek behind the curtain Dorothy.
Though 99% is basic mind f*ck manipulation because we're an open book and operate in a narc narrative based society. Remote viewing and mediums do exist. No doubt. Including hoax information from those true mediums. It's naive to believe that just because someone is a true medium the information received is automatically of beneficial nature.
I bet it was that man who hypnotizes people. Somebody hypnotized me in public once. I knew he had so told lots of fibs and refused to wake up when commanded. Which scared the bejeepers out of him.
However i was generally humiliated by him first. It is a nasty skill. Theyre magnetic personalitoes. If its any consolation...magicians often come to a sticky end...
Remote viewing can be done successfully. Our government has used it for many decades.
That sounds like the one I knew - he was in a business where he had access to many women in vulnerable positions, and could easily exploit them.
That protective chant is painfully ridiculous. My ex used to pretend he could control me telepathically, & also forsee the future. Many times he would tell me that he saw my death & it was grisly, untimely & protracted. All part of the mind games.
Interesting you should say that. I met a man who told early on he could tell when someone was going to die. He said people would get a yellow aura and that was how he knew. The statement definitely invoked fear (for a minute) but that was what it was all about. Invoking fear in someone else because of his extraordinary intuitive 'powers'.

This is only one of two channels on UA-cam that I watch regularly, so I can relate. I would much rather learn about narcissism from someone who lives it, than from someone quoting a textbook that I can read for myself.

In my opinion, HG discusses narcissism in a philosophical and pragmatic way.
If a narcissist mirrors peoples traits and abilities, I can see that they could/would become very good at reading people.
But then; why is it that many narcissists can not read the room. Is it because they focus on traits and abilities more so than emotions.
And though I do think we let some people into our mind and live there rent free as the saying goes. Not always in a negative way. Ones child, for example, may always be on one's mind. But it is more often than not pleasant thoughts. They are there because of our own thoughts and obsessiveness. Not the other person.

I have experienced this. I came out of the shower, made sure he couldn’t see my face, and began a conversation with him. He answered out loud, and I ONLY thought in sentences without speaking out loud. Maybe you do not have this ability, but I know one of your kind who does.

My narc, didn't have a clue, what I was thinking! He honestly didn't know me! So strange. I've known some people for a fraction of the time, I knew my narc. Yet they know far more about me , than my narc ever did. I think that's part of their downfall, they just don't understand others! People can be unpredictable too. Narcs can pretend to understand, but because they really don't, they make mistakes and become transparent

Correct, demons cannot read minds. On the other hand a person can receive the gift of discernment from God, like many of His saints and not only read minds but also be given the gift of bi location. God is Almighty and distributes His gifts accordingly. Demons or shall I say narcissists can never over power a true and faithful child of God.
I'm not convinced of that,either the narcissist gets intel from the demons or the demons are in full control at times or both at varying times.
Correct, we need HIS discernment but we must follow HIS Commandments. Not to say that HE will not work things towards your favor if you are still sinning early in your journey, but be Obedient to Hyah, and watch HIM work against your adversaries.
Look, I don't know who has been lying to you, but ORDINARY people can read minds EASILY. I used to do it when I was in the new age crap. People's thoughts sounded EXACTLY the same as their words, and I would hear them around corners and behind walls, and would answer them, thinking they were talking to me, when it was only their thoughts. I did not know ANY Christians back then, so I do not know if their minds are protected or not but most people's minds are WIDE OPEN. So if people can read minds, then demons DEFINITELY can (unless Christ is protecting your mind).
Often narcs are wrong about us though because they are just projecting onto us. But some are into dark magic and other evil things that do bring them soul tie connections that make them have heightened connection to and awareness of their supply. Much of it is just observation of our signs, as people generally act predictably when breaking free of abusers.
Also, IF a child of God WILLINGLY comes into sin with a narcissist, either by being an enabling "Ahab" or by sleeping with them (soul connecting with their demons) etc... then they WILL RIGHTFULLY have power over us. We have to repent, renounce our own sins, get deliverance from any demonic forces we allowed in, shut the door on sin, renounce, reject, and CUT ALL those soul ties made with them to reclaim the power God gave us and wrench it back out of the hands of the enemy who came to steal, kill, and destroy us. It is a spiritual battle. We have to be walking in and STAYING in righteousness to be fully protected. Then, no weapon formed against us shall prosper.
Lukewarm Christians will be spewn out of God's mouth and probably into the arms of a narcissist, so be wise and on fire for God. ❤
Very well written. Perhaps another approach is to show them a sort of kindness as well. Jesus Christ came for sinners. He entrust us with His mission of love and mercy. We must exhibit our inner peace and strength when we are around such creatures. Jesus knows our struggles and only with Him we endure it to the enemies great surprise and defeat. To have the grace given by God alone we can dance into the flames putting our full trust in His care. That's what Jesus wants the most, that we trust in His divine providence until the bitter end. We must feel so secure that even if we were standing on the cliff of hell we trust that He will resue us from the clutch of the enemy.

Btw, as a diagnosed narcissist, I am particularly curious about how the “energy vampire” thing has been going on. In my last workplace, although I haven’t engaged in gossip/rumors as I don’t like to waste time on people for no reason, something I observed was that my teammates started to get sick while I was healthier and happy as ever. In fact, I was surfing a great high. Never heard of energy syphoning up till recently, but it makes sense in an unconscious level.

Yeah. They train you to expect certain things, like when they continually block you then come back. You expect them to come back. That's why they wait longer and longer before coming back each time. If you knew they came back after 2 days, then you wouldn't panic and freak out until AFTER the 2 days is up. So they wait a week. That way, you are left in confusion, wondering if they will come back. The next time, you expect them to come back after a week. So they wait 2 weeks. Etc.
I blocked a lesser willing helper narc...it feels so good. Last week she said...whats your no. I can never get hold of you...youve so many phones...ah leave a note on my gate i offered helpfully...a police car pulled over in the petrol station opposite our street parked cars...ive got to go she shouted and ran towards his car across the road as i said...oh you are a nutjob...my words drowning in traffic noise...it was the same policemen who was talked into doing 2 welfare checks on me...long story...

HOW do I stop the anxiety when in the company of a Narcissist? I can see them, it makes me nervous, they can pick up on this. How do I keep completely calm and in control of my emotions? Stop myself from knee jerk response, be calm and confident ?

Stay away from them. Anxiety is when we ignore our internal alarm bells...the bells get louder. I got gad. Then ptsd. Because i listened to well meaning idiots who said appearing not to...get along...meant i had an illness.
Yiu can become quite ill if you dont follow hg.s rule...go no contact....if you can. Nerves are horrid. Bach flower rescue remedy drops in a water bottle helped me. My secret elixir.
When you know you go. GOSO. No contact. Your fight or flight reactions are kicking in. Your danger warnings chiming for you. It's an unhealthy situation. You need to have nothing to do with them. Otherwise act like they're not there. No matter how much they prod and engage with you. Don't give them anything to use against you. No emotion, don't engage, don't be impressed by them. Give them nothing. Don't give them the power over you. Live happily in spite of them, without them. Don't let them see how they affect you, for your sake. You can protect yourself in their presence. You are stong enough to do this. They count on your weakness. Shield yourself. Also they're just people, you have to choose to let them in, it takes more strength not to give in or stay, to walk away. We all have it. Utilize your own strength for yourself.
@@rahoche3 I'm in a tough situation, took me a LONG time to work it all out and I have gone 'low contact'and yes I'd like to go 'No contact' but it's quite complicated family stuff, my whole life I've been a 'Gazelle' haha and surrounded myself with this disorder, parents, then partner, friends and also my own son is exhibiting this behaviour, it sounds far fetched but truely is reality.
I need to be able to let it go over my head, instead of reacting, get rid of that anxiety and be able to be act in a logical, calm and self assured way ........ instead of my insides having a meltdown haha.
I'm no contact with quite a few people as best I can, I find as soon as I go out into the world and put myself about the only people who are attracted are NPD, I'm like a blinking beacon but I now have 'some' weaponisation as I can see it when it comes, I just need to learn how to deal with it and getting rid of the internal reaction would help a lot.

I do not think it is telepathy. It is spiritual warfare. Their demons whether they realize it or not, relay information to them by placing ideas into their consciousness. So, it's not like they can actually, physically hear the demons voices, but the unseen soul which is obviously wicked within the host, gets that information, those ideas, and they use that.

my nex is telepathic though HG. It's too much to be a coincidence. I was telling someone a story that involved him 3 years before and he was on the other side of the planet. The next day he sent me a photo of the thing in that story of out the blue.
I think most people are slightly telepathic but some are more sensitive than others. Like when some calls/ messages and the other person says "that is so funny, I was just thinking about you." His seems to be higher than average. I never believed in telepathy before these experiences with him. Made me pretty paranoid though what I think or spoke about for awhile.... although it's not like he can sense every thing being said. Like with the story, he didn't know in that case that I had been speaking about it. He just had a thought about it and sent me a picture of it after I spoke about it. I think that's how it goes for most people with the calls (which makes it difficult to decipher which came first).
He did the same when we would just text from other sides of the planet. He would regularly not respond to me for months sometimes. One day I thought "why is he not responding still" and then I got a text "did you want something?" When I asked, he said he just sensed I wanted to talk to him.

I've been afforded , glimpses of future events , involving the World Trade Center ; the sinking of a cruise ship , and several family members deaths , all well before the events occurred . No one I told at the time , afforded any credit , though after the events , they did , with a now former member of parliament resigning over the WTC & CRUISE Ship sinking .
The day Air New Zealand flew into My Erubus , from the first legs lift off , the day changed - it literally died - sound wouldn't carry , no shade , except in the most recessed of places , I know the outcome of that day . Some neighbours who were on their way to hospice , didn't have their 'spirit Guides' wth them - mine were asked to help & were seen , to do so .
Time , is not linear , it is very fluid , like air currents , hence the reception of these incidents .
HG is a rationalist, he is anti-spiritual. This is more like a mindset and worldview. People differ here, including narcissists. Mine was definintely spiritual in terms her worldview. I also think and believe that this other zones of reality exists, yet it seems pointless or very difficult to argue about it with someone who has a rationalistic worldview, be it a narc or not.

Telepathy is real. But i guess hg is saying it isnt their usual method so not to worry. Narcissists followed other training fields...if they hadnt...their telepathy wouldve done for them. They went off at a different angle of development.
You can imagine a wall of lead between you and the narc you fear. It works. Focus on the lead wall and they just get...nothing....nada...its free...doesnt cost 15 pund...and is so boring you fall asleep...and awaken completely refreshed and safe.

So many instances in the last two months that, I will be talking with The Lord about my next steps, usually about ending the relationship, and he will call or text me right in the middle or after the words have come out of my mouth…I’m really struggling with this…if it was just me, I think it would be easier but we have children together…they are hurting so much. In the same place as me, wanting him to be the man he promised he would be and not wanting him, because he refuses to work in the direction of healing. It’s a super sad thing.

I see this word used way to much. We ALL have 1-3 traits of narcissm in us. So when someone spots 1-3 traits in someone, they automatically deem them a narc. You must have 5 or more traits to be a narc NPD. There are overlapping disorders that look a lot like NPD but arent.
Also i dont hear any so called empaths taking half blame, especially if they keep going back to the same person in a different skin. We as empaths must let it go. Forgiveness is not for them. Its for us to put it behind us and move on to a better life by ourselves or a different kind of man or woman. Narcs dont set out to get you. Theyre actually hoping to find the love they were never shown. Its important and i say #1 important for an empath to learn about boundaries and use them no matter what. No one can hurt you if you do. Also to stop thinking with the heart only. Love is blind when we do that. We must use our head that holds logic to overrule our hearts and let them work together. The heart decieves when left alone. I know from experience that we can still love a narc at an arms distance while also being examples of what love looks like. Its an action word. We dont need to hate them. They have felt enough of that in their life. Another thing i want you to think about is this
You meet a person. You cant believe how much you like them and want to be around them. You cant believe how much you two have in common. You cant believe how good they make you feel. You love the intense high they give you. As you look into their eyes so in love, you dont realize that their eyes are mirrors and they have filled themselves with your traits in order to not feel empty anymore. They needed to feel normal. Human. Yes their intentions are to find love. When youre looking into their eyes, they are reflecting you back to yourself. You fell in love with yourself. Yes theres a narc in ALL OF US. Learn the word love. Words like lust isnt the same. Ok bring the hate on. Im just sick of people hating. Empaths are not supposed to. You said that 1 and 6 people are narcissists. That scared me because it seems like a lot. And you said that the narcissist is created by genetic predisposition and then a lack of control environment and thusly fully baked by around nine years old. This seems to me it’s not their fault. I know it’s not telepathy or anything like that. But it seems to call into question a loving God. Why would a loving God create these awful people? So they go to hell and a person who was lucky enough to be a normal, empath or narcissistic gets the opportunity to be a good person where the narcissist is screwed as they cannot be fixed. Pretty deep I know and I brought religion into it because we are taught about redemption and confessing our sins and the knowledge that it’s never too late to change and become a better person and after we die go to heaven. The narcissist doesn’t have that option or the psychopath for that matter.

Even after several months of no contact I always feel her presence when she is back within 25 -50 yards of the building (confirmed by the security camera and the police) or before I get a phone call from an unknown number. We argued at a hotel, I told him bye, he reached & his thoughts said “Don’t go!” His mouth was closed, I looked it up online, in shock, I’ve heard spirits before, I guess it’s Clairaudience. I felt impulse shoot thru my body & fear when I met him in person the 1st time, I should’ve heeded my warning.
I remember that mine communicated to me with his eyes.

I really like HG Tudor, He is the Ultra, He is the Holy Grail of Narcissists he knows "His kind" inside out so he will operate with a facade when he is with people. The people he associates with on a day-to-day basis will have no idea that he is an executive-functioning Narcissist and a psychopath, I imagine that HG Tudor will only associate with high-caliber individuals. They will know he has a very high IQ and is a very intelligent man but they won't know he is a Narcissist and a psychopath.
