- Hey Metalheads!
This has been my most popular series of videos! Ever since I released the first one that reached over 1M views, people have been obsessed with Death Riffs without distortion. I get tons of messages of people asking for more, so I decided to make this super long, extended version as a final act for this beautiful series.
There are 20 songs in total and they are in the chronological order of the Studio Albums. From "Scream Bloody Gore" to "Sound of Perseverance". It was a bit challenging composing the whole peace, especially because I wanted to do them in the order, this way we can observe how Chuck`s riffs evolved and changed through time. So here we have it. Almost 20 minutes of Death Riffs in a way you've never heard before.
I really hope you'll enjoy this video and be able to appreciate the beauty behind Chuck's amazing compositions. Don't forget to SUBSCRIBE, LIKE and SHARE this video. You'll be helping A LOT this fellow musician!
I'll see you in the next one 🔥

Chuck was truly a pioneer like no other, a shame his life got taken away so early, would have loved to see his takes on modern metal 🤘
All because of those greedy doctors who wanted more money from Chuck's successful career.
@@hieioni3354 What are you on about? I'm pretty sure they didn't even know who he was, also it's weird to assume it's their fault the cancer ended him.
@@XPGrindDeathking Chuck's mother said that the doctors wanted more money for Chuck's treatment of cancer.
@@hieioni3354 That doesn't mean it's because of him, + I don't remember ever hearing anything about the reason for his death being unpaid treatment.
@@XPGrindDeathking It was because of those doctors that Chuck's death was guaranteed. You don't hear about it because you must be younger than me.
There are few things as smooth as this man's tremolo picking.🤌
Chuck was truly one of a kind, death is a top 5 band for me. They never made a bad album ever, the guitar playing absolutely superb.
Leprosy
Every Death record is a Masterpiece
@@pablo_makarenko one of their finest albums
@@pablo_makarenkowhat you know about that boy Rick Rozz 🤔 that was def one of their heaviest albums
I'm sure, Chuck is watching you right now and says:
Thank you my son, that was awesome!
Long story short, watching your original videos of the clean death riffs was the final thing that pushed me to start playing guitar. I now own more guitars than I should, a pedalboard that's too big for my skill level, and I probably spend about 2 hours a day playing when I can. Im still a beginner since it hasn't even been 2 years but id say I'm doing pretty good. btw, i don't remember which riff it was but one of the riffs in ur first clean death video, its now one of my alarm ringtones.
hell yeah keep it up! I am similar to you in this way.
That`s amazing to know. Thank you and keep shredding 🔥
Yout, my yout! I an I proud. You gonna do tings - big big tings! One love, rasta
funny... I'm sitting, listening to the voice of souls, thinking: "I'll go and listen to Leo's version without distortion." I go to UA-cam and here is a new video)))
I haven't experienced such joy in a long time.
I just experienced the same thing and this is the first comment I read lol
That damn clean tone🤤🤤🤤
one of the few bands to never made a bad album... all their albums are 9 or 10's
I love how this series shows that Deaths brutal and heavy music is actually quite beautiful.
1000 eyes! One of my absolute favorites!!
Incredible playing sir, no distortion to hide mistakes. Every note articulated, flawless trem picking.
Chuck watches on, smiling with approval!!!
Hail Chuck! Rest in Power.
Most of the songs sound more menacing without distortion than with it, it just shows you what a great writer chuck was, we will never have a Chuck in our lifetimes ever
UP
Sounds more black metal
I dunno, we had a Muhammed Suicmez, but he seems to have given up on music :(
The most kick-ass surf music ever made!
Suicide Machine sounds amazing!
Yep, very ominous.
Best metal composer of all time
Maybe someone said this already, but I love that you faded out with the last riff that Chuck ever recorded with Death. I've always considered that his swansong.
Death is my favorite band in their style. Forerunners. I love Chuck's vocals. They are streets ahead! Anyone told you you kind of look like Chuck. Lol.
A beautiful thing about being a musician/artist is that your work will always speak for you for ages to comes. RIP chuck.
How i love Trapped in a Corner. That intro is amazing and that solo...
my understanding of what good music is is that no matter what instrument, no matter what tempo (excluding ridiculous extremities) you play it, it sounds good.
11:38 That sounds so beautiful. That part has always been one of my favorite Death moments, Steves bass playing under that is so high level and fitting
Incredible work as always. Chuck's work was truly incredible and revolutionary and I'd say almost all of Death's songs translate very well in a clean tone 🤘
And that is a fact!
Yeah they really do
you are one of the guys that makes me proud to be a brazilian
Одна из моих любимейших групп.. когда слушаешь входишь в некий транс.. кайф, спасибо за исполнение!
There is something with the non distorted version of these tracks. I'm sure they can show to non-listeners of Death of deathmetal genre as a whole, how beautyful the music is and how many art is within it. Great performance as always!
Sounds so blissful....you definitely deserve more subs..!!
Chuck was the best of all time imo, also your skills are great, keep it up man🤘
I rarely focus on 18 minutes long videos. Wow. I listened to entire video
Todos nós sabemos que o Leonardo é um filho brasileiro perdido do Chuck
Chuck will be always with us by memory and by your talent and it’s a real blessing.
That's the most elaborate Shampoo ad I've ever seen😮
awesome job! sounds like evil surf music. cool guitar too, jackson stars are sick
Always in the mood for Death. Chuck had amazing compositions
This is just hypnotizing. Right on man 🤘🤩👍
Your admiration for Chuck comes across very well. And very well played!
The guitar riffs and melodies Chuck played drew me into Death. Your videos show how intricate, rhythmic, and musically GENIUS Chuck really is
Que vídeo maravilhoso! Parabéns!
Edu é fã de Death ? Mito !
@@tesla6152tem como não ser!? em especial Symbolic e Sound of Perseverance… e Control Denied!
@@BRKsEDU que encontro aleatório, n acredito q o rei da bilada ouve as mesmas músicas que eu
isso sim foi inesperado
This is so good! The stuff on from Individual Thought Patterns was partly Bachesque. I didn't realize back then how much it resembled my favourite arrangements by Narciso Yepes.
This video Is pure Gold and Chuck was a beast, without distortion you can really appreciate this songs even of you are not a metal fan, keep upload videos likes this man
Chuck!
And congrats for your work, Leonardo.
Greetings from Chicago Leonardo! You are blessed with such amazing talent. Thank you for entertaining us! Death is one of my favorite bands now. I just wish I knew of them back in the 80’s. I loved and still love 80’s metal, but unfortunately I did not know death metal back then. My husband has broadened my metal horizons 👍🏼🤘🏼
Começou já chutando a porta com Zombie Ritual. Mandou bem demais!
You have no idea how much I want that tone
Amazingly played Best I’ve seen anyone ever play chuck ! My fav guitarist of all time ever !
big fan of yours and the band death, i remember in school i was in a talent show and my act was i took influence from u and i did random death riffs with a clean tone, everyone absolutely loved it
That’s superb. Thanks for the video!
Beautiful work!
Enjoyed every second of this!
The picking is exemplary. Great playing and well articulated. During Scream Bloody Gore the picking and how you had it mic'd up sounded almost like maracas, tambourines and snapping fingers. Kind of exotic in a way. I enjoyed your playing very much. That takes skill
Thank you for continuing to honor Chuck's legacy. tomorrow is an anniversary for a genius taken way too early...
Excellent work.Thanx
Great job man!!
Pretty cool man! Thanks!
very helpful. thanx a bunch !
Ты вернул меня в дни моей молодости. Спасибо!
Great mix 👍🏼
Amazing!
great work, keep spreading the legacy of the legend!
Incredible! You give inspiration for sure 🤘
Terrific work. Human was such a pinnacle, from which so much has grown.
Well done with the tone, it was a mesmerizing listen
Спасибо что ты есть)
Когда я увилел твою гитару она мне очень понравилась.
Через месяц у меня появилась такая же гитара только без флойда, спасибо тебе, уважаю тебя
Excellent work thanks for sharing your talent
Death is one of my favorite bands, and I really respect and admire Chuck a lot, he was truly a master of Death Metal, defining this amazing genre.
Amazing work
Excellent! Now it's time for the beauty of Autopsy without Distortion❤
Thank you once again for your work, your original video is what got me into not just Death, but my now favourite sub-genre death metal. Much Love and R.I.P. Chuck Schuldiner!
I love you friend, I've been following you for a while bro, about 15 years ago I had a Jackson Flying V with Floyd rose and due to financial problems I sold it at the time. I recently found the current owner by chance and he wanted the same price for it that I sold it for haha, you have inspired me to buy a new guitar, I am also a death fan!! I have several acoustic guitars but obviously it is not the same, I have in mind the ibanez rg370ahmz, in a short time I will buy it and in addition to the amplifier and pedal, thank you very much bro!! good vibes!!!! Greetings from Uruguay
maravilhoso cara, já estou esperando mais desse vídeos longos com metal sem distorção do jeito que só voce sabe fazer. Tu é o cara!!!
Sensacional Léo. Abração !

This is absolutely AMAZING and beautiful! Puts a totally different perspective on Chuck's great riffs. Thank you for this :)
Absolutely loving these Death related videos ❤ Keep em coming! Theres soo much I want to learn from Chucks solos that I just cant figure out because theres not alot of videos on guitar lessons for his solos.
Dude that was such brilliant work! If you cut an album in this style I would for sure listen to it! Just goes to show how wonderfully talented and beautiful Chuck's pieces were! \,,/ On that note I'm going to wear a Death shirt to karaoke tonight!
Still an amazing piece I come back and listen to this on occasion it helps so much feeling put into the guitar Thanks Kris
Great job! Just Thanx!
