I agree, but that's a bit of an apples and oranges comparison. Jeremy does his own very weird thing, and Ash is a very good old-school reviewer.

Actually, you don't remember the video Ash did about Dior Homme Intense. In that video, if you check it out, ash says that was his first video of the channel and he put it private shortly after, because he didn't like that and he felt ashamed about that. He got 30 views and only one comment...and that comment was of Jeremy Fragrance, saying "keep it up bro I like your video's style". And that encouraged him to keep it up. So, is a very good person, Ash and Jeremy are friends and do respect each other.
No-Nonscents?
Just grabbed this from Macys, it does smell great, close to my skin after 3 hours, longevity is like at least 6-8 hrs. Ladies like it..bar scent, close encounter use

This thing LASTS and smells 🔥 musky sweet, the vanilla & tonka and is so intoxicating my gf loves it!
Longevity and projection?
@@arispapadopoulos6446 on my skin I get about 1-1:30 hours of strong projection and then I get a very nice scent bubble that lasts for about another 3 hours. then it sits close to the skin. In total it lasted about 8-9 hours.
Purchased it this past weekend for a wedding I attended, as soon as I smelled it at the mall I was hooked! I was looking for a rich, fancy, sweet fall, night and winter fragrance and I was showed this, Profumo and spice bomb extreme and THIS one was IT! Amazing scent, longevity, projection! I was complimented on it at the wedding so a winner of a fragrance.

Perfect timing. Just got my bottle from that same ebay dealer before he raised the price! Like you said, that rum/vanilla addition is really nice. Kind of gives it a smooth leather scent.

It smells like luminescence if it had a scent. My all time favorite out of my 20 top favs.

I like it more than profumo. At first profumo was it. After I bought it the dry down was bad. Swapped it for this. Liking it so far.

I would love to sample this out, been saving up to buy one of the Armani codes since they aren’t exactly cheap and I would love to sample this so I purchase the best one and this sounds like something I’d like!
This is the best fragrance I own! It smells amazing.
Picked this one up thanks to your review. It was very similar to Profumo which I own. I had them both side by side testing. And yes very similar. Did not stop me from picking it up though. I was then debating between absolu and Mont Blanc explorer. I decided to wait on Mont Blanc to hit discounters as Mont Blanc tends to get heavily discounted sooner rather then later. Plus I already have a couple Creed aventus bottles so no need for a Creed knock off yet. I got the 120 ml. Up here in Canada with tax your looking at 170$ at Hudson Bay.
It turned out to be my BIG LOVE. First time i smelled it was MEH and then it started grow on me. It was way too sweet for me at first, however, I was stuck with two CK fragrances, which are mediocre by my nowadays standards. I first bought the black code 8 years after I originally bought it, then the Colonia and last and not least the Absolu. I think it is the best Code fragrance - a lot better than Profumo. I would like to mention that I am yet to try the Code A-list and Code Absolu Gold, but I think Code cannot get anny better than Code Absolu. It has the Code DNA with the original Code notes with some Tonka to it, without Tonka/Vanillia being overwhelming!
Armani Code A List is my favorite. Others may not like it but I love it.
Profumo is one of my favorites , though I haven't tried any of the other codes. It's one of my go to frags when I'm looking to impress. This review gots my frag-sense tingling. Definitely going to check this new one out. Great review 👍 keep up the good work
My favorite of all time is still Armani mania once they discontinued it I grabbed 4 big bottles I still see them out there from time to time going for the same price they sold for when it came out

My favorite from this line is code ultimate man that stuff if beast and I just dont think I need another tonka fragrance especially from the code line but if you dont have something from the line this sounds good, thanks for the review.

Amazing review. Spot on. Profumo Is a little too sweet in the drydown for me but good for the younger crowd. I am buying absolu.
Code profumo was my most fav smell on a man. Ive smelt the niche ones aswell but idk however generic it may seem i just enjoy it the most. I m tempted to try the absolu now.

Profumo was a strong like for me in testing samples. I held off wondering if I'd end up buying it. Then along came Absolu, giving me what Profumo didn't - office appropriate, wearable day and night, all year, smoother, more refined - a mysterious delicious accord being created by the arrangement of notes. Alluring, warm, delicious, oriental and masculine.

Just purchased 2 bottles for $117 as back up bottles. Can’t wait for it to get even more rare so I can smell unique 🤣
I literally went to Macy’s today to pick up a 200 ml bottle of 1 Million prive because I just like big bottles of cologne but I sniffed AC Absolute and it was love at first sniff!!!! I liked purfumo but the root beer vibe kind of turned me off enough not to buy a bottle but the top notes of Absolute sold me the sniff card lady at Macy’s gave me at least 10 cards full of the best sellers in the store and Absolute murdered all of em on paper she sprayed a lil absolute on my wrist and 8 hrs later it’s still jumping of my wrist the dry down is beautiful I’m not only getting a bottle I’m getting a 200 ml bottle those sizes are only for the In Love fragrance I just found a new favorite cologne for 2019.
I have recently bought 200ml Armani Code online and they sent me 15ml of Absolu with the delivery for free. I decided to wear them today. So after couple of hours I can say the main accent of Code is still there but it's way smoothier than Perfumo. I don't know how Perfumo worked for others but to me it's too strong, too agressive. I used to have 110ml of Perfumo and I gave it to my friend. It was litterally burning my nose from inside out. Absolu is more mature, more ballanced and made a lady at the till in the shop smiling. If I could say Perfumo is like drinking regular Jack Daniel's. Then you check Gentleman Jack Daniel's and you are starting to be like "Mmmmm I love it. It's so delicate". The same with Absolu. I will continue to wer it. However to my humble opinion the regular Armani Code is the champ. Regards guys and enjoy your new fragrance :)

I was interested in getting Aqua di Gio, but after this review, you may have changed my mind. Love to get the sampler to help me make up my mind.
Dont get aqua di gio , it doesnt last more than an hour on your skin. Get aqua di gio profumo instead. Lasts longer

It's magic.bi almost get a Versace Eros sweetness from it. Different for sure but playful and sweet in a similar way.

For me the most noticeable thing above all else from Code Absolu is the Suede/leather note. Makes me think of smelling a brand new and very nice soft leather bag or shoe.
I like Profumo so I'm looking forward to trying this out when I win that 5 mL decant. (If you believe it, you can achieve it.)

Profumo to me is my most favourite fragrance for men hands down. And im a woman. I guess everyone is different and to each thier own but this to me is literally the best smell on a man. But its not for every man. It has to match yr personality. And i think people are drawn to fragrances that match your personality. So guys just a suggestion. Dont go for fragrances that are compliment getters. Go for perfumes u genuinely like and wear it as an extention of yr personality. Yr bound to attract people who enjoy that scent and also as a result enjoy yr personality.

I loved Profumo but it’s not something I can wear all the time as it’s like One Million in the fact that it’s loud,super playful and kind of juvenile(but in a good way) Which is not something I want all the time.
However,this sounds like something I’d prefer so I’ll have to check it out

Gent Scents keeps it bro-like. Keep it bro like Ash. Enjoy watching this like Id enjoy my buddy telling me his thoughts on a frag. Its really that simple. On another note, I thought Profumo smelled too similar to the 1 Million vibe with its sweetness. I miss Armani Code Summer which they havent made in a while. The accords on fragrantica replace woodsiness of (summer code) with powdery in this one.
I wasn’t that enamored. Most Armani fragrances smell super similar. This one reminds me of a Rosey Wine with a hint of spice. Hyper casual fragrance to me.
