When I owned a barber shop I had made my own after shaved that didn’t burn your face. It moisturize and smelled so good. People know you got a shave and hair cut at my shop because of your scent. I still have the recipe I came up with but haven’t made it in years.

True story. When I first tried Bvlgari Pour Homme Soir, I wore it out for dinner with a friend. I loved the grapefruity, papery opening, but as I left the house was left with a (very) faint tea note. Went for dinner, and to my nose, I now smelled of nothing - the scent had completely vanished in under 3 hours! Got into my friends car on the trip home, and noticed this lovely biscuity aroma coming from somewhere, 'What's that Amazing smell!!??', I said. Turns out, it was me. Sometimes receiving an unsolicited complement from yourself is rewarding enough😊

Creed Aventus is not just a fragrance, it is an experience. I love Aventus and it is a fragrance that wear for myself. It means business and if you ever get the chance to buy it you will never have enough of it.

No, you're fine. I thought that could be your response, after I realized it would be mine! :D While Jeremy's list is limited, it probably is done out of necessity. He has to work with fragrances that are readily commercially available. I.e., people need to be able to walk into a store and purchase something that is widely available. One valid point that I think Jeremy makes is that fragrances should change as your wardrobe would change for the occasion. I.e. you wouldn't wear a suit to the gym and exercise. It would be more appropriate to change for the occasion. While there are some scents you can wear anytime i,e, the "signature" scent, it might be more productive to use specific scents for a specific occasion. It's telling that he has lowered La Nuit down to third place after the fragrance was reformulated. So times change as many fragrances seem to.

I purchased a 100ml bottle of the cologne you said smelled like “fabric softener with a luxury vibe” on-line based on your recommendation and statement that it got a lot of compliments. When I received it yesterday and sprayed some on, I knew exactly what it smelled like, because I use it all the time to disinfect the house. I smells like probably the most popular disinfectant spray regular scent in use in the United States. Even after 30 minutes of cooking on my skin, it still smells like probably the most popular disinfectant spray regular scent in use in the United States. Today, I sprayed the disinfectant spray on one piece of paper, and the cologne on another piece of paper, and asked 15 women at work to tell me which one they liked better. 11 of the 15 immediately said “You’re messing with me, right? These are both _____”. Now I have an $80US bottle of cologne that I have to get rid of somehow. It would be better for me just to spray myself with probably the most popular disinfectant spray regular scent in use in the United States which only costs $5US for a large spray can.
I love the passion you have, especially since it helped get me back into fragrances, but I have to remind people... it's all highly subjective. I got La nuit de l'homme and was rather underwhelmed with it, I tried it across seasons and while I found it to be a suited best for summer evening and nights, my main criticism are that: - it's either extremely faint or too sweet - it doesn't last long at all (2-3hrs tops before even the bas notes are gone) - It seems too particular a fragrance to buy unless you're well stocked. My favourite fragrances have always been gravitating towards Blvgari. I loved Aqua, but since my skin is dry and fragrances don't last long, I tried Man in Black (an eau de parfum) from Bvlgari, it's now my favourite fragrance. Even though it's not recommended for summer, I don't spray on my wrists as I role up my sleeves for summer so any application there would just dry up in under an hour. I spray on my chest, in summer, so it's only smelled when close and doesn't becoming overpowering. It's damn masculine, which I love. TLDR, how a cologne reacts to your skin isn't going to be the same as someone else.
Bleu de Chanel and Versace Eros are 2 of my all time favorites on men, Creed Aventus is also a new addition to my list of favs. Still need to check out dior sauvage!

I purchased a 100ml bottle of the cologne you said smelled like “fabric softener with a luxury vibe” on-line based on your recommendation and statement that it got a lot of compliments. When I received it yesterday and sprayed some on, I knew exactly what it smelled like, because I use it all the time to disinfect the house. I smells like probably the most popular disinfectant spray regular scent in use in the United States. Even after 30 minutes of cooking on my skin, it still smells like probably the most popular disinfectant spray regular scent in use in the United States.
Today, I sprayed the disinfectant spray on one piece of paper, and the cologne on another piece of paper, and asked 15 women at work to tell me which one they liked better. 11 of the 15 immediately said “You’re messing with me, right? These are both _____”.
Now I have an $80US bottle of cologne that I have to get rid of somehow. It would be better for me just to spray myself with probably the most popular disinfectant spray regular scent in use in the United States which only costs $5US for a large spray can.

Most brilliant presentation style, and knowledge of fragrances•
I love the passion you have, especially since it helped get me back into fragrances, but I have to remind people... it's all highly subjective. I got La nuit de l'homme and was rather underwhelmed with it, I tried it across seasons and while I found it to be a suited best for summer evening and nights, my main criticism are that:
- it's either extremely faint or too sweet
- it doesn't last long at all (2-3hrs tops before even the bas notes are gone)
- It seems too particular a fragrance to buy unless you're well stocked.
My favourite fragrances have always been gravitating towards Blvgari. I loved Aqua, but since my skin is dry and fragrances don't last long, I tried Man in Black (an eau de parfum) from Bvlgari, it's now my favourite fragrance. Even though it's not recommended for summer, I don't spray on my wrists as I role up my sleeves for summer so any application there would just dry up in under an hour. I spray on my chest, in summer, so it's only smelled when close and doesn't becoming overpowering. It's damn masculine, which I love.
TLDR, how a cologne reacts to your skin isn't going to be the same as someone else.

I've picked up fragrances as a hobby since I started subscribing to your channel and I was all your new videos. Because of your recommendations I've my fragrance collections includes the likes of Salvatore Ferragamo F Black, Mont Blanc Individuel, Dolce & Gabbana The One, and Creed Aventus.
My personal favorite is D&G The One - seems to work for me and like you said, the ladies love it!
