- The 8th episode of a 30 day motorcycle road trip series that takes us from Washington up through parts of Canada, east to Tennessee, down through Louisiana, and then back up through Utah and places in between. In this episode, we discover an amazing gas station, explore the Barber museum, and stumble upon a Piggly Wiggly. As we set up camp in alligator country, little did we know that the fun was just beginning.

That looked like the best day ever! Buc ee’s then the awesome barber museum then old piggly wiggly then camping on a lake. Even a thunderstorm couldn’t beat a day like that. Love life kids cause time is short

Cool series. Remember to always set camp up on the RIGHT side of the bike so if the bike falls over it won't be on top of you.
It's the tent's design, we put a plate under the stand though so it's not an issue. Thanks for watching!

nice journey! I like to see every one of your episodes. Camping tip: when you attach a tent to a side-standed bike - try the other side of the bike. I it is stormy weather the bike could be lifted up and the side stand could clap. You are then buried under the bike. With greetings from Germany.

Greetings from So oregon you two are freaking awesome flashing me back to the young days of traveling on my shovel cross-country to sturges im 70 and ride 1990 heritage and a 2006 bmw GS love both of them and i camp out in the boonies, my wife wont camp anymore but im still rocking it be safe brother and sister

Wow!! Great place to stop at Buc-ees and the Barber Museum and then Piggly Wiggly. I would have wanted to buy almost everything at Buc-ee's. SO much to look over and chose from. The Museum was great. Too bad about the night time storm. Hope you got through it ok. Great video. Thanks a lot.

I think that particular Bucee's was my first experience with one while at Barber for races and nuseum last year. It is such an awesome motorcycle museum. Storms while camping or riding are cerainly part of the game.

I can't believe y'all were right down the road from us moto-camping in Twiltley branch. We love to moto-camp and are fellow motorcyclist too. My girlfriend and I love your videos. Next time y'all are down this way again we'll take y'all to dinner and fill up your gas tank. Yall should check out the Natchez trace next time as well, lotsa native American history and all kinds sights to see. 🤘

We sure did! We dipped our toes into Georgia for a couple miles before crossing into AL, would love to see more of it someday.
I was eyeballing that tent pretty hard but decided it was too small. I learned today that was a good choice because it leaks. Lol
I went with a tipi tarp which has been awsome. It's survived wicked storms without leaks. I can stand up in the center to dress. It's big enough for my cot and chair inside but still packs pretty small. Best of all it can be set up with one side open like a lean-to or completely closed depending on weather.
Yeah the size of ours is pretty tight - noted about the tipi tarp - if we are ever in the market for a bigger one I'll look into it!
