Sir . I am student.plz help ..i purchased nvem ethernet controller to make the engineering final year project but the received controller is not working..means after connecting the ethernet cable it doesn't show any connectivity to the computer plz plz help..
I bought 3 of these boards. EC300 asking for bin file. NVEMV2 6axis and 4-axis can't get the spindle analog 0-10v out put to work. I get frustrated with this garbage.
run your negative power lead to your input on all the outputs including the spindle pin outs i'll do another video this weekend I'm converting an emco lathe
I'm looking forward to Part 2. I just received mine this week and although I've seen worse manuals, it does seem to be lacking detail. I made the mistake of trying to update the latest firmware through Mach3's 'Config Plugins'. It seems like this should be simple but it took me several hours of unplugging and reinstalling to get it to work. After all of that, I still have version 0.001 firmware.
Thanks for the comment! As far as I know there no firmware updates. But I should mention the latest version of Mach 3 (3.043.066) doesn't work very well. . I am running Mach 3.043.062. Thanks for watching! :)
@@DZMech I'm connecting to the different input input on the card. In this case, the mach3 index led is on. but I'm connecting to the index entry on the card. mach3 led not lit. I think the datasheet index, port and pin numbers are wrong.
@@DZMech I'm sure that the program runs in windows 7. Two weeks ago the program run perfectly but one day the message looks in my laptop. Chose Bin file.
when conect with router to control by WIFI check that the router assigns ip 192.168.1.X being X is 2-199 otherwise it will not work . Cuando conecten al router para controlarlo inalambricamente asegurense que el router asigne ip 192.168.1.X donde X es valor entre 2-199 de otra manera no lo veran conectarse al mach3 de manera inalambrica(wifi)

Once you get it connected should be pre programmed

@@DZMech Bin file from Nvem V2 6 axis. I don't understand why it is broke in my case.
Make sure you are running win 7, theres a bunch of videos involving getting connected. And make sure you have the proper file for your version of Nvem
