WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THIS GOODWILL THRIFT STORE?

In this Goodwill thrift with me I arrived as this Goodwill was doing something really different! It took me a bit to figure it out but they had carts of merchandise all lined up against the wall and they were putting it all out for sale as I was there!
