Wow, the value on the faux coral! The size and weight might be the main things keeping you from selling them, even though they are perfect for your decor. I think Goodwill's fear of losing a few dollars, so using sharpies on items, actually costs them more money in the long run from people not buying items that Goodwill intentionally damaged with marker. Have a great day! 💕
Danni, Make a paste of 1 part Dawn dish soap, 1 part baking soda and 2-3 parts peroxide, scrub that mixture on to the fabric with a soft brush, let set 15 -30 minutes , then rinse. That also works for set in stains that have gone through the dryer like on table cloths. Great video. Thanks for sharing.
My son is living here for a while. He brought his cat who was dumped & hungry when he found him. Ziggy is the most affectionate animal ever. He tries to kiss me & purrs the minute he hops in my lap. So cute! Never had a cat because I thought I was allergic.😼
This may be controversial, but...I would take the chance to wash the Lily Bloom print purse. Put it in a mesh, zippered laundry bag. Wash in cold water, delicate cycle, with a couple of towels. Allow the handbag to air dry. OR...take it to a dry cleaner. I've had success with a couple of Baggalini handbags (they're fabric) that I got from GW for $6, and washed in this manner.
I would put flowers on that window pane wood thing and hang it on a fence or a wall. It would be cute. Love that Goodwill. 🥰I need a Goodwill like that.
Hi Danni! There’s a house painter’s tool that is like a razor blade placed in a retractable holder you can probably get at a hardware store and use it to scrape that masking tape right off. Great to keep at home and use on paint drips on window panes or stubborn stickers on glass items.

Hi Dani, You should try just a regular eraser they get off a lot of marker marks. I used one a bix and the marker mark came right off. And for anyone else. The eraser is amazing. Blessings & Love to all.
Lady Jane Grey (nee Dudley) known as the Nine Day Queen was beheaded at the age of 17, along with her husband, in1554. Very interesting part of British history. The other two are European Queens / noblewomen. Reconsider selling them in their frames with their original appellation.
The apothecary jars and several items on that cart were all from dollar tree. And $.99 is a good deal for them because they are good quality but with the dollar trees closing I’m seeing a lot of items at Goodwill coming from them. Just wanted to let you know.

Hi Ms.Dani heading to Vegas soon and will try a couple Goodwill stores. I was lucky finding high quality clothes last week here in Frisco, TX. I snagged a beautiful long silk skirt for$7.99,then discounted an extra 25%off,2dresses and 2tops total $40. Discount was25%off. I am very happy with supplementing my wardrobe with GW. I donate and get a really good deal! Keep ing my fingers crossed for Vegas!
I find great stuff at the senior centers where they will usually have silent auctions during their Friday lunches. Quality pieces and always better deals than thrift stores.
That stainless steel pan with tray is used to steriize instrumentss in a autoclave or flash serilizer. If bought from a company pretty expensive. Well over $300 with tray and lid. Go back and get it if you can. People do throw those purse in washer ultra gentle cycle.
I like your honesty about doing your own research. Much appreciated. As far as cats and dogs go, you have to earn a cat's affection and sometimes that takes a lot of time and a lot of trust. Not all cats will turn into love bugs as they do have a wider variety of personalities than dogs, but if you treat a cat with love and respect, they will show you love back in their own individual way. Our two kitties who are brother and sister don't care to be picked up, but they will get on your lap and rub against you and hang out with you. Our newest addition that came wondering into our yard and hearts last June rolled over on his back the day he came to us. the wooden square grid could be used in your store setting once you have it as a mock window. Especially in an antique mall where you sometimes want to “define” a store front. Hang it from the ceiling or on a wall.
I do not know in Illinois if multiple people mentioned about the writing on the bottom of products at Goodwill because they did stop doing that at our local Goodwill‘s. They are now using different colored zip ties for higher end items and then when you bring them up there to pay, they check the zip tie for the coordinating price. That is much better than writing on things. It ruins it. The other thing that aggravates me is them putting the stickers on leather. Why in the world would you put stickers on leather it ruins the leather it peels leather off on purses, and wallets. I wish they would stop doing that, their tags literally have some kind of super glue on them so difficult to get off.

Danni, if you ever have a question about cleaning a purse, I would suggest getting in touch with Hairy Tornado. They buy purses from the bins often and need to clean them. They have been super successful in whatever they do. So maybe they can help. Good luck.
Try goo gone for the marker on items, I work at a thrift store and I put a dab of that on and let it sit for a few minutes and it comes off! Hope that helps you
Hey Danni! The long aluminum vessel with a lid and a steam plate is a whole fish steamer. Watch "Roxanne" with Steve Martin and Daryl Hannah. A modern Cyrano retelling. Martin uses one!
Another fun thing to do with that advent calendar is to put a little coin or chip. You took out the coin and traded it for a small gift, chocolate or toy.
I am in central Pennsylvania and we have no Goodwills. They closed the donation center and store in Harrisburg and sold the building for a huge amount of money.
Hi Danni! I`m reffering to one of your finds (43.45). )Marie Josephel (Maria Józefa) was a daughter of one of the polish kings. She married a French king`s son and gave birth to 8 kids. Three of her sons were kings of France. Still, the times she lived in- not the proudest in polish history:-)
Looking at the interesting lidded wooden container, it looks very balanced with the lid on it, so I'm thinking the hole in the top may have just held a decorative metal 'cap'. A fancy upholstery tack could be used to cover the hole effectively and still look nice. Just an idea so you don't have to "lose" the lid 😊
Here it is Oct 1st and we have had major winds and storms in East Tn due to hurricane Helenna that hit Florida. Parts of TN, Georgia. NC , Florida are flooded and have lots of damage. Here on the Tn/ NC line alot of I-40 has been broken off and swept off into the Pigeon River Alot of people without homes food, power. Power companies from all over are going in to help other states. We Here in TN are working to assist our neighbors &
I almost found myself on that end, but thankfully I started selling a couple of years ago. After two years of buying, I finally see my piles dwindling a little 😊
I got two Coach purses at a garage sale for free. They were filthy. Got them home and found a dollar in one of them. I tried soaking in dawn, but nothing. I had nothing to lose so I put them in a laundry mesh bag and ran them through the wash. Air dried. It didn't help much but it did not damage them, not even the suede and leather. They still are not clean but I'm happy about trying them in the wash.
We in Australia share in your heat poopyness. Summer where I live ranges from about 90 to 110 in your measurements. Plus we deal with epic bush fires (risk factor = total fire bans from September to April). Eucalypts are like bombs!
On the Lily Bloom Cat Print Purse try using the canned Woollite Carpet and Upholstery Foaming Cleaner to clean it. It usually works really well on delicate items.
I love that piece of wood with all the sections. I would buy some twine and I would make varying levels of my favorite photos and hang from each section and then display on the wall. That’s very cool piece.

Danni, I really wish you would reconsider not wanting to say anything to all your YT followers about who is steering people wrong in the reselling business. There are some people who have their reasons not to join memberships and so I feel like they get left out. Knowing you could help them avoid terrible advice, do you really want those people to potentially head down the wrong path because they won’t join a membership? Good afternoon, Danni. The large, long and narrow stainless piece you asked someone to share its use with you... is a whole fish steamer, for a banquet with salmon. Hotels use them often. I will reach out and ask for your info for selling clothes through the people you work with for that but I sell scarves and silk ties myself. Best, cooler days for you! Brigid
This was a really profitable thrifting trip! I think that long SS pan thing in the beginning was some kind of a steamer to keep maybe hamburger or hot dog buns warm ? Just a guess. I really loved the chintz bowl from England, It was beautiful.
Nice find on the Capri brooch Dani! I recently thrifted a Capri Maltese cross brooch for $6 and re-sold it for $59 plus shipping! Capri brooches are definitely a BOLO item!
I used to have a little shopping cart just like that one, yes it’s missing its little flap in front. I used mine in the guest bathroom with rolled up wash cloths inside, and cute little soaps mixed in. It would also make a cute gift, like a miniature gift basket, with items that you know the recipient would like in it, whether bathroom items, sewing items or whatever.
I really hope that someone sends you a message please not to take the 3 queens ( 1 of England,1 of Poland and the third I am not sure,I couldn’t read it)out of the frames..under the white might be an old frame..They are stunning,Danni.🥰 I also loved the antique egg you found in one of the carts,so beautiful!😍 The Chintz bowl..stunning!❤️ Love the Brighton, good eye Danni!👍🏼 I do wish you picked up the elephant windchime..if you look it up,an elephant with his trunk down is not bad luck..they are still ment to be good luck in India.
Frame. I d wind it w Vines and flowers per season and hang on my wall. By front door. . I think the metal thing is for cooking a fish . Thank you for your time and video. 😊😊
Hi :) I am new to your channel! I love that butterfly broch! Where do you post your findings , so if its available I can buy it from you? Thanks. Melena :)😊❤
I have an ORCA (coolers) tumbler that I bought at Walmart and it also keeps things very cold for a long time too. My husband tried to find one and we couldn’t find them anywhere. We haven’t looked online yet though.
You do such a better job than I do, leaving stuff behind that is priced too high. I'm just so used to the high cost of sourcing in the NY/NJ area. If more people did, we would probably be able to get Goodwill to lower their prices some.
At 7.34 mins you are looking at the 4 sea mugs. They caught my eye too. But why didn’t you look at the Starbucks next to them? Are Starbucks mugs not worth reselling? Ok … you are amazing. Later you explain the saturation issue. Thanx.
And when you provide documentation to that specific giving out the wrong information person, they still don’t admit that they were wrong. I judge a lot by if the person doing the shopping actually purchases anything. If they never buy anything that they are miss-identifying, there’s no loss to them no risk, the risk falls on the person who watched the show and took their advice
Where would I look on a vase to see if it is a murono or a Sharon those are two that shows on google search. It is a beautiful light pink at the top with a ruffle design then has a ribbon swirl down to the bottom. It is very heavy and beautifully made. I could not fight out how to add a picture lol

Say it or don't say it (prefer you didn't) You shouldn't lower yourself into this gossipy stuff. Ugh, sounded like a shameless plug for your paid membership. You are too good of a person to be doing this! The whole business is subjective....ebay...charish...ruby...etsy and give your viewers a little credit, we know this!
I don’t get to shop anymore since I’m in a wheelchair. But I get to live though you. And love your knowledge. Thank You so very much 👋🏻🙏🏻❤️
You are so welcome
Good afternoon, Danni. The large, long and narrow stainless piece you asked someone to share its use with you... is a whole fish steamer, for a banquet with salmon. Hotels use them often. I will reach out and ask for your info for selling clothes through the people you work with for that but I sell scarves and silk ties myself. Best, cooler days for you! Brigid
To remove marker and stubborn pen, use aquanet hairspray. Spray and leave on for 5 minutes and wipe off.
You could put little surprise boxes in the advent calendar or little pieces of chocolate.
The scarves are so pretty especially the one with the flowers
I just love the bling on your fingers!! Also, the mannequin needing a safe word made me laugh out loud 😊
This was a really profitable thrifting trip! I think that long SS pan thing in the beginning was some kind of a steamer to keep maybe hamburger or hot dog buns warm ? Just a guess. I really loved the chintz bowl from England, It was beautiful.
The long cooker is probably for baking large fish...my mother had one......
The bear green striped candy cane holder box could be used to put candy canes in during Christmas holidays.
Nice find on the Capri brooch Dani! I recently thrifted a Capri Maltese cross brooch for $6 and re-sold it for $59 plus shipping! Capri brooches are definitely a BOLO item!
Oxy clean for the Purse , gentle cycle cold water, line dry......Mr.Clean Erasers and Dawn for dirty shoe bottoms😊
I have one that has Walmart wrote on it. Obviously I bought it at Walmart 😜. What a great idea though using it like you do.
Buy a tide pen to clean purses or dawn dish soap and a tooth brush. Will clean up well.
I really hope that someone sends you a message please not to take the 3 queens ( 1 of England,1 of Poland and the third I am not sure,I couldn’t read it)out of the frames..under the white might be an old frame..They are stunning,Danni.🥰
I also loved the antique egg you found in one of the carts,so beautiful!😍 The Chintz bowl..stunning!❤️
Love the Brighton,good eye Danni!👍🏼
I do wish you picked up the elephant windchime..if you look it up,an elephant with his trunk down is not bad luck..they are still ment to be good luck in India.
Hi danni. I think the long metal pan is a salmon poacher. ❤
Frame. I d wind it w Vines and flowers per season and hang on my wall. By front door. . I think the metal thing is for cooking a fish . Thank you for your time and video. 😊😊
I love that depression glass candle holder!
The long silver pan that you thought was for condiments is indeed, a fish steamer. I have one. They’re great! 😁🐟🍽️
It is a fish kettle to steam a whole salmon
Love your choice everything lovely ❤❤❤❤❤ dear Caroline I've been told that viscous is natural fabric 😊
I drink a Coke once in a while....the sugar and the caffeine, I know...but it does give me a pick me up that I just have to have sometimes.!
Hi :)
I am new to your channel! I love that butterfly broch! Where do you post your findings , so if its available I can buy it from you?
Thanks. Melena :)😊❤
Welcome!
NicheLadyShop.com is where my items get listed and I do LIVE sales over on the Niche Shopping Network on Sundays and Mondays
How do you photograph a scarf. Any tips? Thx
I have the cushion and it is from Walmart. I love mine and holds up.
Love the old floral bowl!! Love the pink depression c-holder with the gold rim!! Beautiful porcelain egg! Good thrifting, Dani! 😍
Hi Dani,good video,you found some nice items,keep enjoying your job,looks interesting,cheers
At 7.34 mins you are looking at the 4 sea mugs. They caught my eye too. But why didn’t you look at the Starbucks next to them? Are Starbucks mugs not worth reselling?
Ok … you are amazing. Later you explain the saturation issue. Thanx.
Candy advent and it’s supposed to be open
And when you provide documentation to that specific giving out the wrong information person, they still don’t admit that they were wrong. I judge a lot by if the person doing the shopping actually purchases anything. If they never buy anything that they are miss-identifying, there’s no loss to them no risk, the risk falls on the person who watched the show and took their advice
Bingo!
A steamer or a hand tool on a carpet extractor might work on the purse. And the other purse has a stone missing.
I've used DMSO to remove marker and sandpaper, even on pottery ❤
Thank you for the information on the pottery signature. I have sold a lot and never knew who did it. Just go on the price.
Where would I look on a vase to see if it is a murono or a Sharon those are two that shows on google search. It is a beautiful light pink at the top with a ruffle design then has a ribbon swirl down to the bottom. It is very heavy and beautifully made. I could not fight out how to add a picture lol
There is so much to learning glass! I explain as much as I can when I find things in the videos. Or you could join my Facebook group for help with id.
yes, and stickers on artwork, makes me crazy
