SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE NOISE -- REPLACE OR REPAIR ??

- Having had this Samsung washer for over 11 years, this front loader washing machine is making weird loud noises during the spin cycle. It's not completely broken yet but the noise is getting louder and now has a clicking noise as well.
Generally, washing machines last around 10 years.
In the video, I'll show the issue. The bearings are wormed out. Could be other components like spider arms or tub/drum could go bad over time. Maybe it can run for a while with the noise before it completely fails.
In this video, I'll share my experience with the appliance repair company's recommendation and pricing in our area.

Same problem repair shop says replace it.
My dryer is different model but makes minimal noise.
How do u get the washer unlocked when it says fl on it
Hit pause button then wait a sec then it will unlock.

Yes, I haven't posted that video yet. We got a LG instead of Samsung.
Awesome! can’t wait to see an update. I’m looking to replace my whirlpool top loader with a front loader. This washer doesn’t clean anything good but small loads. It also uses wayy too much water cleaning comforters.
The bearings are $20 and the spider arm with new bolts is $80. You can easily do it yourself in under an hour. There are many videos explaining exactly how to do it.
Thanks for sharing. There’s lots of steps to do, I reviewed many videos also. Something else may have problems down the near future also.

Always buy washers with less contraptions! Just like the cars they started to cost way too much money since they added all the computers and gadgets in them . Remember , washers are to wash clothes and not a computer and apps !
My washer starts being so loud. I’ve had it for about 3 years now. So frustrating
Check the manufacturer’s date on the unit. These unit doesn’t last forever but it also depends on usage. Can’t tell over the internet but maybe it needs servicing!by an appliance technician.

I got a lemon almost five years ago it’s so much louder than yours. They replace parts from the store but still loud! It’s still under extended warranty. Nothing I just have to suffer! I’ll never buy another Samsung. They should have replaced it for me. It’s junk! I’ve always had front load and never a problem. I’ve always bought all my appliances from this company never again!
The new Samsung dryer was my last Samsung dryer.
Never buy front loaders they are the worst in all models !
