Dressing stylish just show that you are comfortable with your self and that you "own" your style. Dosent make your an alpha. Go out one night, dont drink, just go around and be polite and give girls nice compliments, you will be supriced. So many blush, and some become speachless. Also, I find that the right amount of jewelry will help you out a lot. Just like the button undone tip, it has to be the right amount. I do a 5mm white gold chain, and that's it. Apart from my engagement ring (my girl asked me first), that's all I have on. No earring, or watch, or bracelet, or second chain, or anything else that would make it overbearing. Just enough to catch the eye.

Aashish Singh I'm not exactly sure what you're saying but I think you're asking how the shirt should fit, correct? If so, just make sure it fits comfortably and it hugs the muscles while letting the stomach relax
In my experience henleys look best on people with muscle. but I would suggest looking for slim fit options to see if they look better. Asos is a company that has many options and has slin and "muscle" fit shirts that might fit you better.

About the buttons you say manage your chest hair or shave it. Men who shave their chest the razor stubble is very noticeable and looks like hell. It costs of course but labor hair removal is the way to go which I did and it paid off in more ways than one. Then use vitamins E lotions and certain skin toners and my upper body skin looks youthful not wearing a shirt or wearing a tank top, low v neck sweaters or or open shirts. Sun screen is also a must.

I think these pictures represent the best possible example of someone wearing this look, and it's still quite underwhelming. If a guy is in college or high school, or having a beer with some friends at a small town bar, the style is fine I guess. The look isn't going to attract any kind of positive attention, but it's good for blending in. If I was a guy who already had a girlfriend and didn't want women to approach me, I'd be all over the flannel-over-t-shirt look.
The best comparison I can make is this: imagine a girl wearing a cardigan and t-shirt with jeans. That's about the level of sexiness provided from the t-shirt and button down combo. If the girl is smoking hot, it will look ok, but only because she'd look hot in a potato sack.
