Kevin is very inquisitive about Tiege Hanley’s sales because the skin care market is the "most competitive space on Earth". When he views the sales, he is stunned. He comments that Tiege Hanley is a "real business" and wonders how they've been able to get “share from the giants”.
Aaron replies that the business is direct-to-consumer, and the audience has been with them all the way. To address the issue of churn, their focus has shifted to retention and to incrementally adding the ability to customize. Kevin says typically the cause of attrition for subscription businesses is selling too much product. He advises determining usage, possibly with AI, and adjusting accordingly. He also noted that Tiege Hanley needs to provide the option to swap-out products and tailor the box.
Aaron relays venture capital companies (VC) are approaching them. Kevin interjects that they will have to sell at least 33% to the VC which reduces each of the owner's percentage. He also adds that venture capital is great if you need it, which Tiege Hanley doesn't.

I would really like to say the Acne System Level 1 is legit it is working for me. But please increase the portion for acne cream right around towards 1 month and I am out of it while all the other portions like AM, Face wash & Exfoliate cream is still there. But legit product 👍🏻👍🏻

Got a problem with my Tiege. A couple minutes after I apply my AM Moisturizer, one section on my cheek gets really dry. Is there anything I can do or am I doing something wrong?

And if he was interrupting it's because he needs a lot of information and numbers to understand the business model. He wasn't challenging Aaron, he was litteraly giving him advice. Aaron let him talk because he knows how valuable Kevin's advice and experience is. Kevin is litteraly 100 times richer than Aaron and they're almost the same age.

he showed off the gross revenue from the shopify app. Whatever this number is, pure profit is around 10-30% usually. Not trying to throw shade, im sure they're doing amazing but gross and profit are 2 different things. You can even gross 1 mill with 0 profit really

And the video is supposed to be a conversion for audience to watch and listen fully not half sentences. In any conversation you listen and let the person finish his/her sentence before you jump in. If he knows it all, then does that mean he treats he employees the same way. I wouldn't want to be his employee.
