Great lesson remember the the video for this Morrissey riding a bike round the Salford lads club Hudart street were i used to stay with my Grandparents in the 1960s
I will yes, I’ve started looking at it. I move house next week and so it will be a few weeks before I’m ready to roll again, but absolutely. Thanks for supporting my channel 🙏🤓🎸👍
No worries I had some issues with the mic which I only realised after when editing but hopefully it’s ok. I really like the F /Am part having listened to it more and I don’t know if you know but you can search for “..song title isolated guitar track”on UA-cam - not always there but where they are it’s easier to pick it out 👍🤓🎸🙏thanks for supporting my channel
Thank you so much! Wasn’t much of a fan of this track and its quite unfamiliar to me but i think ill enjoy playing around with it!!! Your Smiths videos are so good, Id love to maybe hear your take on some tracks from the queen is dead! Maybe never had no one ever or vicar in a tutu!! Thanks again :)) ❤
🙏thanks Thomas yes I was actually thinking of something from The Queen is dead myself. The title track sounds challenging and I’m not sure how many covers bands would do it but there’s a lot of others to go at. I’ll take a look! 🤓🎸
Hi Gary. You're a good guitar teacher, I watched your other Smiths ones last night. You have a lot of patience and are good at breaking down elements. Strangeways never really appealed to me much and I don't know why, I'm a BIG Smiths fan too. This one and 'I won't share you' are great though. Seems more like a collection of songs rather than an album like TQID. Saying that, Louder Than Bombs is probably my favourite. What is your favourite album and song? Bit of a challenge for you. I've seen a few covers of Oscillate Wildly played on guitar and I can play bits of it..but I'm not a great player. Up for it? Kindest regards!
Thanks Biscuitheque I really appreciate that and I do put in a lot of work to try to get things as accurate as possible. I’m with you on Strangeways Here we come. At the time that was released I’d been a fan of the band for some time and whether or not it’s because maybe we all have a tendency to like “the old stuff” it was never a great one for me although I do like Paint a Vulgar Picture which probably says a lot about how things were going by that stage. It’s hard for me to pick a favourite. I like the first album in terms of I think it’s the one that most captures the essence of the band, but I like TQID and I’ve always loved The boy with the thorn in his side as tracks plus of course How soon is now. I will look next time I do a Smiths one but yes that may be a challenge!! 🤓🎸🙏
@@jordantaylor4992 I’ve never tried to play it but it doesn’t sound to challenging. Maybe it’s a track I’ll look at on here one day. It’s a balance to pick unusual material but also stuff that will be popular if that makes sense 🤓🎸🙏
Hi they are original record shop promo posters from the Rough Trade label, I had them framed. You see them on Ebay but they’ve become collectible now so not cheap 👍🤓
Mate thanks for uploading this.Ive seen maybe 4 videos on this song & none are as in depth as this especially on the little slide manouvre.

@@GuitarGary. I always appreciate quality over quantity. Guitar is a journey, when you think you're home there's always another road.
@Smiffy830 definitely 👍🤓🎸
