    Today's training session is a 2-part training:
    Part 1 is 60 seconds of work/15 seconds of rest with the following exercises (you'll go through this 2x non-stop):
    KB Swings
    Lateral Crawls w/ Sit Out
    Lateral Band Walks
    Hip Thrusts
    Hollow Holds
    Part 2 is a 7 minute density set with Countdowns of the three exercises...
    1 and 1/2 Rep Squat Jumps
    Push Ups
    V-Sits
    You'll be following the ladder format 10-9-8-7-6....all the way down to 1 with each of the exercises. If within the 7 minutes you get down to 1, then you'll work your way back up.
