    so where would an isometric squat hold or a lunge hold go in CCA>?
    what about movements like Isometric lunge holds with some shoulder press. basically hybrid movements?

      Pends on the individual. Could be at the end of the core pattern to stress them before the next C. Could be an accessory for a more advanced client. Or at the end during a metcon
