I have vestibular migraine, supposedly, and I've had neck pain for the past 5 years...I've done neck exercises consistently with no improvement whatsoever...in fact the exercises have made it worse...I'm seeing a chiropractor for it...we shall see if it helps...nothing else has helped.
Hi I was diagnosed with vestibular neuritis over 4 years ago Took 3 years to nearly full recover But now over the last 10 months iv developed head pressure especially in my forehead and around my right temple where my vn was diagnosed in my right ear I feel a tad dizzy sometimes but have not had vertigo since vn happened Do I have vestibular migraine now?
This is a huge problem for me, makes me second guess cervicogenic dizziness . Thanks for posting.

I think you need to see a doctor...it could be related but it may not be..could be something else.
