On a serious note guys do some minor changes in the settings
Go to quick set up then go to operation mode and after select the range to extended and it will work 100
This video is 2 years old so he told the method according to that time, but by the time setting options has changed little bit so follow my method 😊

work like a charm, just one more question, if host router signal was only fair not good then how it would be its quality on second router.
It should in good to excellent range to get optimum speed on secondary router if not possible then go with wired connection or buy TP-Link Deco Mesh System.

Ab TV pe connectivity sahi se nehi aa raha hai(Distance 50 feet). mere paas ground floor pe wifi extender hai lekin usme speed loss hota hai. 1st floor me 50mbps and groundfloor me 5 mbps. I understood what you said clearly as I am in same situation. so seems another router is must for groundfloor with LAN connection.
