Just stumbled across this video. Thanks for the content guys! I actually live right across the street from Bourbon on Rye and it’s my favorite bar in town. The staff is amazing and I’ve only lived here a little over a year now, but several of them have become very close friends of mine. Can’t wait to show them this and let Eon (the redheaded bartender) know he’s in the vid!
That Four Gate B22 (Indiana Foundation) was a great vatting of 10yr MGP. MGP barrels can vary in quality and Bill definitely got some nice ones for that bottling.
Awesome to see different places and their bar prices, store selection etc. I live in Tasmania Australia, got two Eagle Rares yesterday $54 US each. We have a local distillery called "Lark", incredible whiskey but very expensive. Cheers
That Rare Character Rye Amburana Cask @2:20 is a must have. My go-to shop's private barrel is 115 proof, it's like drinking rice pudding in the most amazing way.
First time seeing one of your videos, instant sub. You two seem like you have so much fun doing this. I also second that notion on the Four Roses. Good stuff. Really enjoy the small batch select as well!
Best bourbon hunting vids and spots on UA-cam!! Love your content and thanks for that heads up about that LA bar, got to try 4Roses limited edition for 15 a pour! Drank half the bottle! Also got those Russells picks at Kroger because of you!

Hello! I am the manager at the second store in this video. Thank you so much for the shout out! we just got some more goodies today!
I think I look forward to your videos more than anyone on UA-cam.
Oh wow, really?!
@@thebourbonchronicles yes sir.
Superb my man. As a 'down under' collector I rely on you for real world prices & no nonsense vids. 👍
Haha thanks!
Great video as always. Bike trip plus bourbon hunting sounds like a grand time

That rare character Amburana single barrel interests me. The weird looking store used to be a drug store. Fun video my friend.

you two are cute. Love these vlogs. Keep em up! So odd seeing such a different variety and selection in Nevada compared to Kentucky
Love the old school 10 year eagle rare design. Its subtle
Four rosses single barrel is really good
Let’s go!!!! Been waiting for another video! 🎉
Great video! Wish I had a Russell Reserve store pick, none here in NJ
Love your channel. Great to see so many different places. I would love to find a place with $15 pours of Stagg Jr! Cheers 🥃
Agreed!
I got a 2oz pour of Stagg 22B $18 Well worth it!
What’s that location?
@@TryinitwithOliver It is Belle's cocktail house. Downtown Lexington

Nice!
The Russell’s private barrel selection is incredible. Here in CO, it’s $60
For some reason I hate the Russell taste….
Love the easy going vibes as always, refreshing to watch hunt videos without a ton of voice over/haggling.
Glad you like them!

Nice!
You went to all of the horrible hadji joints in Lexington 🤣 Great if you want to pay full secondary pricing.
Dude, love your videos! Also, I think it is so cool your wife / girlfriend joins you on such adventures!
Is that the BMW r nineT? I bet that things a pleasure cheers
Yeah, love that bike
Curious what the price per pour on that dusty 107 was at the place you got stagg for 15 a pour
How much was that bar tab in Lexington?
Oh yeah… haha it’s was in the $200 range. William Heavenhill 14 was $40 alone. 😅
Why are all these prices more expensive in Lexington than in Michigan where I live? I guess I’m not complaining, just confused
I can only assume they are jacking the price up in Lexington to take advantage of tourists coming on the Bourbon Trail.
Plus the actual locals are hardcore fans also
Correct on both counts. The distilleries are the best places for the harder to finds. Mom and pops are really bad.
The prices where I live in south florida are also much lower, I'm kind of shocked at how high some of them are.
SRP for Buckner's 13 yr is $199
Agreed. You won't find it any cheaper.
299.99 for basil hayden 10 should be illegal
Seen how regular BH is 8 or 9 year old. And not good
