I continue to be impressed more and more by your videos. I have been teaching martial arts for over 30 years and self defence for more than 15, and it very rare to see such common sense, practical (and workable) advice given. I really liked your comments about groin strikes, too many ‘bad Self Defense classes either over emphasise their effectiveness or simply state they do not work. Both IMHO are incorrect, when used correctly, they can be devastating, but they have potential issues, there is no single silver bullet move. I totally agree with your mindset on these. I would add, that your shin kick could be made more effective, if it was a side kick (more weapon surface area) followed by a down scrape. Easy to do, and requires a lot less accuracy in a high stress situation and is waaaay more painful than a simple kick Really impressive
Sending this to my wife.. Thanks a lot 🙏
Our pleasure thank you for watching 🙏
