I don't think Valtteri will be out of F1. If one of those Rookies don't really succeed like Sargeant did - I'm pretty sure Bottas will be an option for a replacement.
The guy won F3 last year and is number 1 in the F2 championship at the moment. If you want your team to be successful you should definitely start with the drivers, they made a great decision here....
@@Rdy1436they dont all have the same engine. Massive disparity with Mechachrome. Some teams also have more experienced engineers/mechanics. Teams with bigger budgets can often afford to change chassis more frequently
I'm I the only one that thinks the grid is full of old farts taking up space that could go for new talent? I like Valteri but this is for the good of all.
@@paperplane-db8qf that’s a bit unfair on them, it’s their first time every driving an f1 car in the rain which didn’t really happen until quali anyway and even that got rained off until the Sunday. They’ve had what is effectively 1 quali session and a race in the rain and each of Ollie kept it out on the grey stuff for the most part which is better than a lot of drivers and Franco crashed the same amount as Sainz and Stroll. It was tricky this weekend, even the experienced ones like Fernando crashed in quali and Lewis also had a shocking weekend
Maybe, maybe not, who knows!?... Verstappen proved to be a legend compared to the greatest of all time like Schumacher, Senna and Hamilton, so it's hard to say that... But if the guy ends up being on Sainz's level is definitely a great addition to the team!
Sauber will be terrible in 2025, so you don’t risk points by tossing in a junior who then has a full season to prepare for 2026. It’s both rational & good for the sport.
Next year promises a lot, but to be a paradise for rookies, Colapinto must be confirmed at RedBull and Lawson at RaicingBulls or vice versa, Stroll stops racing and Drugovich takes his place and Pourchaire replaces Hulkeberg in some races.
That's a shame, Valtteri's the funniest guy on the grid. Not a surprise though, and he spends more time cycling than anything else these days so he'll be happy I'm sure.
Who will take the last remaining f1 seat? 👀
Nicolas Jackson
We all know it would be Liam Lawson
I don't think anyone needed an explanation for this, but even max or lando can't make that sauber score points
Definitely not lando 🤣
@JScotland1996 yeah probably not, that man is allergic to advantage of the fastest car sadly
Lol there was no need to use Lando as an example in this
Flopping lando can't do anything without Flopping
@@JScotland1996Max would get knocked out in Q1 with that car while Lando may put it on pole.
Honestly sad for bottas he's a good guy but it's Honestly it's great to see some fresh new young talent
Such a shame to see him go, but I think it was his time to move away from a full time seat in F1.
Bottas deserved better. Any time that car was worthy of points, he dragged them out of it.
Welcome to f1 Bortoleto ❤❤❤
Sauber/Audi just need a car that can perform. Hard to look amazing in the current car.
Bottas is still very capable of scoring points in a good car but Zhou was shocking so glad he’s gone and see how well they go with a new line up!
They got it wrong, last brazilian was Felipe Massa, not Felipe Nasr

you dont realise how talented gabriel is he won f3 in hes rookie season and the current f2 championship leader as a rookie in not the best car
how is it not the best when they all have the same car n f2?

Bottas should replace Perez :)
Yet F2 Champions Theo Pourchaire and Felipe Drugovic had no chance, crazy. They need to give F2 champs an automatic F1 opportunity..
First three comments look like they're from bots.
Secretly it's BOTtas sat at home with too much time now he's unemployed.
Gosh - a popularity competition in between him and Franco in Brazil next year perhaps?
Colapinto should've got a seat
Lando is the arsenal of F1 😂

Almost 80% of new talents have been like Logan Sergeant.
And the current new talents have been pretty abysmal in the rain.

No brainer. Bottas is at the back of the field. Why not sign someone new? Cant really be any worse.....
WE. ARE. BACK.
BRAZIL IS BACK.
🇧🇷
Guess Bottas and Zhou got KICKED!
Because Bottas is done , and Bortoleto is a young talent driver who can be the next Verstappen.
Next Verstappen? Keep dreaming.
hahahahahaahahha

This is how I found out
Gogol Bordello to Sauber? Great Band!
I hope he can keep it on the track. Colapinto is costing Williams some coin.

Precisa explicar porque o Bortoleto foi escolhido?
Go Bortoleto 🇧🇷🏆
I cannot stand screaming lame voice Alex Jacques. Wish they’d get someone else for the announcer. Anyone else feel the same way.
The entire Sky F1 team needs to be sacked.
Bias and incompetence
Will he be driving this year?
His only real chance is the Young Drivers test at the end of the year
Felipe Naser?
Stroll has got to go !
VAAAAAMOOOOOOOOOOOOS

nah stroll not stopping anytime soon, and if he do, it will prob be to drive the valkyrie in wec
Like football. Gonna fill up and swap about with so many teams n drivers people will lose track and give up watching

Shame on you Sky Sports. You don't promote sports, you promote prejudices and are biased!
Worst pundit in F1
youth and promise vs age and being kinda useless. that wasn't difficult choice ofcourse
Dumb question: Will Sauber '25 be be a slowest/lowest-$ team like '24? Will Hulk and Bart make a difference?
They have the most wind tunnel time so who knows
@@WaveFlightSimulationsBelieve it or not quite alot of sponsor money aswell
They'll still be the slowest team for sure. If they're smart, they're throwing every second of wind tunnel and CFD time into 2026.
Trash. Sauber. Better for. Bottas. Sing. With mersedes
Boroleto will make Audi suck his not a Schumacher
What a weak choice his a waste of time
