You mentioned about cross border e-commerce interoperability. But, it has to have all flags and triggers for country specific restrictions like different power ratings or prohibition of certain products etc. to avoid unintended sales of some products.
On the topic regarding conflict, refund and review.
How do ONDC eliminate problem of duplication? Duplication of vendors, and duplication of orders.
The open border ONDC can happen once all the glitches in geopolitical situation settles down may be 2030!
24:30 As someone whatching this from Germany, this country would be the last in the world to get a platform like this. The country has still not onboarded with emails and still operate on Faxes digitalisation on this scale would be rigioursly opposed by traditional Germans
