TBH I think it is more so WB not allowing HT to make a Nurse Joker then HTs not wanting to make one. That whole thing about WB not wanting to "glorify" ( I maybe misquoting) blowing up a hospital...even though it was in the film that they released and made a boat load of ends off of. Iron Studios to date is the only company that made a licensed representation of Nurse Joker waaaaay back in the day in statue form. How they were able to do it is a mystery. I have a sense whoever runs WB's merchandising division cannot seem to differentiate between toys for kids and adult collectibles. To be fair there is a new regime at WB...least the heads (pause) and maybe it will take time to review the decisions of their predecessors and realize...ummm why haven't we allowed HT's to do a Nurse Joker?! Hell McFarlane is putting out a new line with Jonah Hex with guns.

Think about a Harley Quinn Batgirl... to pair up with Joker. That would sell like hotcakes.
I potential "figures" you might see hologram'd in the Star Wars universe..... the WHOLE Jedi council in chairs.... would be tremendous. Only interested in Maul out of these three teases.

hot toys is playing us all like a fiddle. watch all these realizes high prices and go crazy foo over a Deadpool with gold guns. face it they changed the costume that needed no changes for money revenue. school book bags Halloween costumes etc. you have it already not with gold tho. Then we already know you can see cowboy Deadpool, lady Deadpool coming. But they want to sucker us in
