Hi everyone, just so you all know... I've had the coffee flan both ways. With brewed coffee and with the instant coffee. My honest opinion is, that I like it better with the instant coffee. So if you ask me, I would tell you to do it with the instant coffee of your choice. 😉

Great video. I can't wait to try it at home. Ivette, I have a question. When you bake it in the oven does it have to be in a water pot too or just in the oven without it? Sorry, you might of mentioned it in your video...I might missed it.
Hi beautiful, even when you cook it in an oven...it has to be in a bath Marie. Make sure the water is at least half way up the pan, cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hr... then check it every 10 to 15 min until your butter knife comes out clean. Thanks for watching mama 🥀
