    Serves 6
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    Prepare Caramel:
    -Sugar ¾ Cup
    -Water 2-3 tbs
    Prepare Coffee Flan:
    -Doodh (Milk) warm 50ml (¼ Cup)
    -Instant coffee 1 tbs
    -Anday (Eggs) 5
    -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
    -Doodh (Milk) 450ml (1 & ¾ Cup)
    -Vanilla essence 1 tsp
    -Hot water as required
    Directions:
    Prepare Caramel:
    -In a saucepan,add sugar,water & caramelize sugar on very low flame until it turns brown (stir saucepan gently in between).
    -Spray water to stop the caramel from burning/turning dark.
    -Immediately pour into a serving cups & let it set at room temperature.
    Prepare Coffee Flan:
    -In a bowl,add warm milk,instant coffee,mix well & set aside.
    -In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar & whisk until sugar is dissolved.
    -Add milk,vanilla essence,dissolved coffee mixture & mix well then strain with the help of the strainer.
    -Gently pour it on the top of the solid caramel.
    -Transfer the flan to the water bath & fill up the water bath with hot water.
    -Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 25 minutes.
    -Take out from oven & let it cool at room temperature then refrigerate until chilled.
    -When ready to serve,run a knife around the edge & then invert onto a serving plate.Smack the top of the pan to loosen the flan & then lift up the cake pan.Slice it up & serve!

    Prepare Caramel:
    -Saucepan mein cheeni aur pani dal dein aur bohat halki ancch per cheeni brown ho janay tak caramelize ker lein (bech bech mein saucepan ko stir kertay rahein).
    -Water spray ker lein ta ka caramel burn ya dark na ho.
    -Baking pan mein foran pour ker ka evenly pheela lein & room temperature per set hunay dein.
    Prepare Coffee Flan:
    -Bowl mein neem garam doodh aur instant coffee dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
    -Bowl mein anday aur cheeni dal dein aur cheeni dissolve ho janay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
    -Doodh,vanilla essence aur dissolved coffee mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & strainer ki madad sa strain ker lein.
    -Solid caramel ka upper gently pour ker lein.
    -Flan ko water bath per rakh dein aur garam pani dal dein.
    -Preheated oven mein 170C per 25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
    -Oven sa nikal lein aur room temperature per thanda ker lein phir chill ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
    -Jab tayyar ho jaye toh large plate per invert ker lein.Slice mein cut ker ka serve karein!
