    Well done Sir as this video nailed me. Became Vegetarian about 5 yrs ago, prior was heavy Beef eater. Pretty much had every symptom possible. Fortunately for me, my body can absorb anything, and have been taking iron supplement (plus about 15 others) for about 30 days now (noticed changes in just 7 days) and all my problems are slowly changing for the better. No way in hell will I touch beef, chicken or pork again. No GMO, Corn, Soy, Hybrid Wheat and potatoes. With GMO Foods most minerals do not exist anymore thanks to Round-up.

    I have leaky gut, I am barely absorping all the nutrients from my diet. I tried healing my gut with L-glutamine and it helped a bit. But I think I lack certain digestive enzymes cause of age. I am constantly anemic, and a strong perscription iron supplement does wonders, for a bit, and then it makes me severely constipated. • @mockingbird3099
      @mockingbird3099 2 роки тому

      If the numbers reflect hemoglobin levels, any result lower than 8.0 will usually require hospitalization for blood transfusions. 7.0 to 8.0 is severe, because 11.0 is considered low normal for a female. Any result lower than 7.0 is life threatening, and anyone with such condition lacks sufficient vitality required to read and remark on social media platforms. You would collapse with a reading below 7.0.

      You can do the same thing with flax seeds. 2 tablespoons a meal. Cooked spinach.
      I'm not a vegetarian but I don't see how mistreated animals fed literal garbage can possibly be good for you. 🤔 How can you get good nutrition from sick, stressed animals?
      Not that the soil is in much better condition. You have to make a real effort to find conscientious farmers that cycle crops and don't put crap in it that you'll end up eating.
      But I was able to donate blood in a few days (they blood test you, so if you want a iron blood test, try donating blood).
      You can donate blood every 2 months, btw. I didn't like it and was afraid of needles, so I kept doing it as often as possible until I got over it.
      I find that wheat/gluten, sugar, dairy and heavy meat intake makes the IBS really aggravated. Some things like corn and soy don't help, either. Some plats don't like their babies eaten, so they cause inflammation.
      Tomatoes. For example, are a huge inflammatory agitator.
      Also, Americans eat tons of meat. If that was the cure, why wouldn't all that meat help?
      I think you should consider that if you have inflammation, all the meat in the world ain't gonna help you.
      You have to STOP the holes in your boat FIRST. Doesn't that make sense? Getting rid of all inflammation WILL work.
      I think you have to add vitamin C, too. So carrots or whole oranges (fiber and less sugar spike).
