I’m working on my first full-length album as a side project, and I want to make songs that fall into the realm of indie pop / bedroom pop. I’m teaching myself ukulele and keyboards so that I can apply them to the songs in this album. This video really helped me find my musical direction, thank you.
Writing songs is just really poetry, don’t think about what you want to write or what you’re trying to write, let it come to you! If it’s meant for you to write then you’ll definitely be able to write it!!!!❤️🥰💗🙏🏽
More GarageBand stuff pleaaasee it really inspires me bc I’m a “GarageBand producer” myself And it just boost my inspiration to see someone who is so talented use GarageBand again
These Bedroom Pop Tutorials Are Great - I have been making Bedroom Pop/Indie Rock and Reggae Music in Garageband iOS on my Iphone the past year with great results
I’m 15 and am just starting to get into music theory and learning how to play and make music, and I’ve discovered your channel and this video and it is so helpful, thank you!
I love this, you are very talented. I have a neurological condition called synesthesia/chromesthesia where the “wires” of my senses get crossed, and as a result I can “see sound” and “hear color.” Like it creates dancing evolving shapes of color in my brain (think the old Windows MP3 player with the trippy changing tunnels of color). This song has beautiful shades of violet, magenta, and cool blue, twisting and fading into each other like smoke clouds. Very nice. It’s rare for me to come across music that looks/feels as beautiful as it sounds, as if it came from another synesthete.
wow wow wow thank you so much for taking the time to write this :) that is such an incredible description, you are very talented at translating what you see. this means so much. much love 🤍
thank you for this video, it's super helpful and inspiring! i've been writing some songs on my ukulele as a hobby and this really made me feel like it's possible for me to turn them into real songs with garageband :)
subbed! i’ve been writing lyrics and melodies forever but I don’t play instruments. rn just playing with mobile garageband bc my budget is basically nada. I was wondering if you have tips for a cheap vocal setup if all I can use at the moment is mobile garageband?
thanks for the sub!! if you're looking for a cheap mic, i would definitely recommend the blue yeti usb mic! i'm pretty sure there are interfaces you can purchase that work for mobile. i would look into that! also purchase a pop filter, they're super cheap! i have all my gear linked in the description if you want to check it out :))
Im trying to make a song and release it on soundcloud and yt, but Im only 14 and starting, will a normal iphone earphone work? As a mic, like i just started and dont have the proper requirements to make an actual song
let me know what kind of video you want next! any artists you're interested in?
