I was there at the Hollywood Bowl this last September and they were the best concert I'd been to. It was so much fun. Every walk"s of life was there (children through elderly) if you get a chance you should go see them. I'm hoping to go again this next September. God willing. ❤
They are the real deal live for sure. This was a professionally recorded and mixed video of a live performance, so it's cleaner than what fancams pick up. But even with the usual fancam videos they are shockingly consistently good. Some mess ups (hi Scotts lyrics, haha), better or worse voice days (sickness, jetlag, altitude etc), mic level balances and such ofc. But in general their median level is shockingly high. They are spectacular live performers from what I've seen in videos and heard from those who have been lucky to see them live. They are on tour right now
It always amazes me! They sound exactly the same or better live. Except for the occasional ad-lib, particularly from Scott, you can barely tell the difference, and I generally like the ad-libs. It shows they are in the moment and enjoying performing.

Check out their performance last year when Kevin was at his home town in Kentucky. He has about 18 minutes of himself and then Matt shows his instrumental skills. Kevin really shines with his version of "O Come All Ye Faithful" with African spin to honor his parents.
