Well i tried everything in the video but iam not able to even install from a my usb boot drive. The error that I get from the boot drive is that the Windows 10 that I have is not compatible. I will now have to get the Windows Home 32 bit and to try again. Also since I bought this Surface on a garage sale it seems to have belong to some company of which I appears that they have put a lock in the hard drive to prevent tampering . Maybe I should look into replacing the hard drive and start from scratch.

Depends on what you mean by blocked.... if you can do a clean install (method 2) then they havent locked the drive or bios and after the reset you're good. If they have a lo-jack installed on it (like Absolute or such) that is a completely different thing.... if they know you have the device, and it's not just "lost" or something, they would probably release it for you. They have to pay for a subscription, per device, to use such a service.
I tried to do the factory reset then a bitlocker popped up I believe I deleted it and now an error occurred unexpectedly and it will only take me to UEFI FIRMWARE SETTINGS could you help me get into this surface pro 6? From where I’m at

What if it doesn't say EFI USB storage only internal storage and usb storage which one do I pick ? And will one of those work ?

You can plug in a USB keyboard with some converting dongles
